A Strawhat Easter

A/N: I did it for Christmas last year, so here's a fun little Easter one to make up for not uploading for 5 days!! I'm SO SORRY! So happy (kind of late) Easter to all who celebrated!!

The Grand Line was suspiciously calm. Not calm like a break before a storm. Not calm like a mysterious sea current carrying you toward some secret island.

No, this was the kind of calm that made you want to scream into the sky just to stir up the weather a little.

You leaned on the Sunny's railing, watching the ocean ripple gently beneath you. The air was warm, the breeze light, and absolutely nothing was happening.

"Uuuuugh, I'm bored!" Luffy flopped onto the deck like a deflated balloon. "There's nothing to do!"

"Join the club" Usopp groaned, sprawled dramatically beside him. "We haven't seen an island in days".

"I've reorganised the same medicine cabinet four times" Chopper chimed in from a nearby lawn chair, holding a glass of juice half his size. "I even colour coded them..."

You chuckled, resting your chin in your palm. "Sounds like you've all got serious problems". "Not all of us can nap standing up like mosshead over there" Sanji muttered, eyeing Zoro, who had his back against the mast, arms crossed, dozing with zero shame.

Zoro snorted softly but didn't open his eye. "Not my fault you all get twitchy the second it's quiet".

Nami looked up from her charts, raising a brow. "Honestly, I'd rather enjoy the peace while it lasts. Knowing them, the second we reach land, someone's getting launched into a volcano or turned into a creature".

Brook let out a soft laugh from his seat beside the helm. "Yohohoho! That reminds me of a song! 'Ohhh, I once met a dummy with a cannon in its tummy-'".

"No more weird songs!" Usopp cried, covering his ears. "That's how the boredom wins!". "Then we should do something about it" you grinned, stretching your arms overhead. "Let's make something happen!"

Luffy bolted upright. "Yes! Let's find a new island! One with food!". You blinked. "I can't just snap my fingers and boom, an island appears".

"Wait, wait, look!" Chopper pointed toward the horizon, his tiny hooves shaking with excitement. "Is that... a giant bunny head?!". Everyone scrambled toward the edge of the ship.

You squinted into the distance, and sure enough, there it was. A white cliff shaped like a rabbit's face, complete with ears that looked suspiciously like towers.

"Hah!" you laughed, the buzz of adventure sparking in your chest. "Say what you want, but the Grand Line delivers".

Robin joined you at the railing, smiling calmly. "Bunny Island. I've read about it. They host a spring festival every year, something to do with a golden egg".

"A golden egg?!" Luffy's eyes lit up. "I want it". "Does it taste expensive?" Chopper asked, ears twitching. Franky appeared with a flourish, hands on his hips. "A spring festival sounds super. I vote we dock and crash the party!"

Nami sighed, but even she couldn't hide the tiny grin tugging at her lips. "Well, it is on our route...". You slapped your hands together. "Boredom solved. Let's go crack this egg wide open!"

The Thousand Sunny sailed smoothly toward the strange bunny shaped cliff, its pinkish white rock glowing in the morning light.

As you got closer, you noticed colourful streamers fluttering from tall poles, music drifting over the waves, and what looked like enormous egg shaped balloons bobbing over rooftops.

"Wow" you watched in awe, hands on your hips. "Definitely a festival". "I can smell sweets from here" Sanji commented. "Caramel, chocolate, marzipan"

"Let's go! Let's go!" Luffy was already preparing to launch himself ashore, arms stretching back like rubber bands. "No launching!" Nami shouted. "We're docking properly". Luffy groaned, mumbling to himself.
