A/N: Truthfully I thought about pranking you all with some April Fools silly idea. I realised though, I did that already last year, and I don't want you all to hate me, so decided I'll just prank some fictional captains instead! So here we go!!

Roger
The morning sun cast golden rays across the deck of the Oro Jackson, and you stretched your arms overhead, rolling your shoulders in preparation for your daily training routine.

The sea was calm today, almost unnaturally so, which should have been your first warning that something was amiss. On a ship captained by Gol D. Roger, peaceful moments rarely lasted long.

You made your way to where you liked to train on deck, reaching for your katana that rested in its worn sheath, the grip familiar beneath your calloused fingers. The weight of it felt right as always, perfectly balanced for your build and fighting style.

Years of training with Rayleigh had made drawing this blade as natural as breathing. You positioned yourself, feet shoulder width apart, hand wrapping around the hilt with practiced ease.

The moment your fingers tightened to draw the weapon, you felt it. Something was wrong. A shadow passed overhead, and your instincts screamed danger, but not the kind that came from enemies or marines. This was worse. This was the mischievous kind.

Before you could even tilt your head upward, a deluge of cold, viscous goop cascaded down onto you from above. The substance hit your head with a wet splat, immediately oozing down your hair, your face, your shoulders.

It slid beneath the collar of your shirt with horrifying efficiency, cold and slimy against your skin. The shock of it stole your breath, and you gasped involuntarily, which turned out to be a terrible mistake as some of the mystery substance found its way into your mouth.

The taste was absolutely vile, like seawater mixed with fish oil and something indefinably worse. "WHAT-" you sputtered, trying to wipe the goop from your eyes.

High pitched cackling erupted from somewhere above, and you forced your goop covered eyelids open just enough to glare upward. There, perched in the rigging like a pair of particularly obnoxious parrots, were Shanks and Buggy.

The two apprentices were practically falling over themselves with laughter, Shanks clutching his sides while Buggy's face had turned an alarming shade of red to match his nose from the effort of containing his glee.

"Got her! We got her!" Buggy crowed, pointing down at you with undisguised delight. "Perfect shot!" Shanks added, wiping tears from his eyes. "Captain, did you see? Direct hit!"

Your jaw clenched as annoyance surged through you, hot and sharp. Those little shits. You should have known better than to let your guard down around those two, especially when Roger had been suspiciously quiet this morning.

Your hand moved automatically to your sword, muscle memory taking over despite the goop now coating every inch of you. You'd wipe those smug grins right off their faces, they'd learn not to mess with you during training time.

The blade slid free of its sheath with the distinctive ring of steel, and for half a second, you felt the satisfaction of watching both boys' eyes widen slightly. Good. They should be nervous, but then the universe decided your humiliation wasn't quite complete.

As your katana cleared the sheath, something erupted from within, a glittering, shimmering cloud that exploded outward with remarkable coverage. Glitter. Thousands, perhaps millions, of tiny reflective pieces in every color imaginable.

They billowed out in a sparkling storm, catching the morning sunlight and transforming you into some kind of ridiculous, bedazzled sea monster.

The glitter stuck to the goop with gleeful efficiency, as if it had been scientifically designed for this exact purpose. It coated your hair, your face, your clothes, your sword. You could feel it on your eyelids, your lips, probably in your ears.
