A Mess

Where was I? Of course, the two weeks where everything went wrong. Well I'd better tell you what happened.

It was actually to be precise, the week after Summer came to my house. We were friends after that. Really great friends. But all her friends ditched her because of that. Summer said she didn't care. She told me they didn't act like real friends anyways.

On Saturday night at five in the morning when Amelia cried for her bottle I got out of Kiki's bed as usual and went off to my own. Then at six in the morning, when I went to the toilet I heard sobs coming from Kiki's room. I walked in and sat on her little camp bed.

"Kiki? What's wrong?" I asked softly.
"Nothing." She sobbed.
"Come on, tell me." I said gently.
"It's Carmel."
"What?"
"I told you that Carmel was moving schools because she didn't want to get in trouble. Well she's in my school again."
I should have seen this coming. I mean there were three elementary schools in the area. Chances were, as this was the next best one, Carmel was going to move there.
"Oh Kiki."
"She's doing it again and the teachers are starting to get cross with me."
"Oh no Kiki, you need to tell someone."
"NOOO!" She howled.
"THAT'S WHY I WASN'T GOING TO TELL YOU!"
"I'm sorry Kiki. I just want what's best for you." I sighed.
Then I gave her a hug and snuggled in with her. After ten minutes I fell asleep.

Roxanne and Carmen were really horrible to me. Summer convinced me to use my locker again as I would break my back otherwise. She told me to just throw the notes away without looking at them. I did just that. With Summer by my side, things started to get better. I had a friend. I had someone to help me. Until I started getting cyber bullied as well.

Roxanne and Carmen wrote heaps of mean things about me online. It was awful. Then they took it too far. They made an Instagram account under my name @july_summers123 they followed a whole load of classmates and unfortunately, my parents. They then posted inappropriate pictures, which I am not going to describe, onto the page. When my parents saw it they went ballistic and told me to take them down. Of course I couldn't so they just got madder. They took away all my electronics and grounded me. Still the posting consisted.
"Why are you doing this July?" Mom sighed.
"I told you, IT'S NOT ME!" I cried.
"Oh quit it July. You really are a fucking idiot. May would never do this." Dad said with a disappointed look in his eye.
It's as if I were the one he'd rather have gone to get bread. As if I were the one he'd rather get knocked down. As if I were the one he'd rather have seen dead.

I just burst into tears. After an hour of shouting he slapped me straight on my face. Tears fogged my vision as I ran away. I ran up stairs and straight into Calum's door by mistake. Everything was a mess.
