"KIKI!" I screamed.
She didn't move. She was as pale as a ghost and her eyes were closed. Her breathing was heavy but at least she was alive. She wore her jeans and floral print top but they were filthy and tattered. Her hair was a complete bird's nest and she had dirt all over her. The only thing that scared me was the huge cut she had going down her right arm and leg. Dry blood surrounded the wounds and it looked incredibly painful. I gasped in shock, trying to fight back my tears."Kiki, I've been so worried, I've missed you so much," I said, bursting into tears. I just couldn't hold it in any longer.
She didn't move. I clipped on her hair clip and slowly lifted her into my arms. I gasped at how thin she'd grown. She was so light and frail. I kissed her head and went straight for the hospital. They took her in immediately. While she was being examined I phoned Calum.
"CALUM!"
"July, are you okay?"
"Calum, she's alive," I whispered.
"What?"
"Kiki, I found her unconscious by the river."
Calum's voice cracked.
"Really?"
"Yeah, I'm at the hospital, come down here now," I ordered.
"I'm coming now."Next I phoned August.
"August?"
"Yes?"
"She's actually alive!"
"What?"
"I found Kiki unconscious by the river."
"Oh my gosh July, that's the best news ever!" He exclaimed.
"We'll meet later, I have to go," I said.
"I told you we'd find her."
"Thank you August."
"Anything for you."Lastly I phoned Summer.
"Summer, Summer!"
"What?"
"Kiki's alive!"
"Wow, that's GREAT!"
"I found her unconscious by the river."
"July, that's truly amazing!"
"I can't talk now but we'll catch up later."
"See ya."I smiled. My little sister was alive. My dreams were just dreams. She hadn't been knocked down. She wasn't dead.
