Pretty Quickly

I woke up to and spent a minute trying to figure out where I was. Then it dawned on me. I was on August's bed. I sat up slowly and saw him siting on the sofa watching a bit of television. He beamed at me when he saw that I was awake.
"How are you?" He asked.
"Great thank you," I smiled.
"No problem July," he said.
"Is Calum okay?"
"Yeah, we are going there in about an hour but first I think you should tell me what happened."
"Alright," I said, getting off his bed and walking over to the couch. I sat next to him.
"I went to the loo and when I tried to go out Roxanne was blocking the door. She started calling me names and telling me that I had no boyfriend to protect me anymore, Carmen appeared from a cubicle joining in with her. I told Roxanne that she was jealous and then I started having a panic attack. I honestly couldn't help it. I did that thing where I frantically move my hands and I gently hit Roxanne. I barely touched her but she went ballistic. She slapped me but Carmen scolded her and slapped me harder. She slapped me five times but there was nothing I could do because I was panicking. Roxanne splashed me with water and I went to leave. Carmen hit me with her handbag just before I got out," I said.
"Oh July! That is not okay!" He yelled.
"Calm down, it's okay, I've got you remember?" I laughed.
He took my hand and sighed.
"She can't treat you like this, The next time I see her I'm going to freaking kill her!"
"Really August, it's okay, you definitely do not need to kill her!" I said, putting my hand on his shoulder.
"My brave girlfriend," he smiled.
"Shut up," I laughed.
He started straight into my eyes. I didn't realise until after our lips touched that he was coming closer.

We watched a bit of television together and then August told me that we had better go to Calum and Annabelle's hotel room. We jumped into the car and found the hotel pretty quickly.
