When they left August sat on the couch next to me. He put his arm around me and I rested my head on his shoulder. He turned on a movie.
"Would it be bad if I feel asleep again?"
"Not at all," he smiled, stroking my hair.
I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the warmth of August next to me and his hand stroking my hair. I fell asleep almost immediately.I woke up still in my pjs with my head resting on August's shoulder. He was watching tv. The movie had finished.
"Hello sleepy head," he smiled.
"Hello."
"How long was I asleep?" I asked.
"Just under two hours," he replied.
"August?"
"Yeah?"
"What if we can't find her?"
"We will find her."
Tears began to pour. I was sick of them by this point. August wiped away my tears. I wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. He closed the gap between our bodies and pressed his lips on mine. Soon he opened his mouth and I did the same. My body felt full of electricity when our tongues met. If it was possible, he managed to pull me closer. My hands crept up past his neck and to his hair where I trailed my fingers through it. He kept his hands on my waist. He then pushed me backwards so I was lying on the couch with him leaning over me. We broke away for a couple of seconds to breathe. We were both panting but before I knew it, his lips crashed against mine again. Our tongues danced together again and August left a lustful moan escape his lips. I just pulled him even closer to me.An hour later Annabelle and Calum came in. I knew from their faces that they had no luck but I asked anyway.
"Any sign of her?"
Calum just shook his head.
