Calum didn't follow me up for a whole thirty minutes. I could hear lots of yelling from the safety of my bedroom.
When he finally came up he went straight into his own bedroom. I was about to go to him when I heard footsteps padding up the stairs. My parents burst into my room. "July, I am so sorry!" Dad cried.
"We are so sorry," Mom corrected.
"Please forgive us," They pleaded.
"Of course," I said, giving them a half smile.
"We'll make it up to you," Dad smiled.
"Really?"
Dad was about to open his mouth again to speak, when Amelia started crying from downstairs. They raced out of my bedroom in seconds. I just sighed and slammed my door after them.
