You did not let Yuri live it down.
You had been poking fun at him for fainting on the sidewalk for the past few days.
It was rather mean of you, yes, but you enjoyed getting a reaction out of him.
It was especially worth it when he gets all embarrassed and red. That was one of your favorite expressions. The other was when he gets angry and mind you, he has been making a lot of angry faces at you lately.
Its probably because you have been pestering him all the time to go skating again.
The both of you (mostly you) decided that it would be best to share the apartment Yuri was renting.
You wouldn't be free loading, of course. You had every intention of finding a part-time job to help shoulder at east some of the expenses.
Yuri was reluctant at first. He wasn't so sure he wanted you hovering over him 24/7. Back in Hasetsu, you had practically lived in the same house as him considering that you spent more time there than in your own. At first, he tolerated your presence at most, because you were rather obnoxious (and intimidating sometimes) but as he hot to know you better, he really did enjoy having you around.
He thought it over for a while and looked to you. You had put on your best puppy-dog look.
His resolve crumbled.
He had no intentions of turning you down on your proposal, but he wanted you to stress out a bit.
How could he say no to you?
The little-
His morning routine had changed drastically with you around.
The once quiet apartment became a little more lively.
He had to wake up earlier just so that he could get to the showers first. He learnt that you take rather long showers.
He became responsible for preparing breakfast. On your first official day as his room mate, you had offered to make breakfast...whilst half-asleep.
Many plates and glasses were broken that day.
You on the other hand, became the self proclaimed dish washer. Yuri looked at you skeptically, reminding you that you did just break some of his dishes (You sulked a bit after that).
The sleeping arrangements made you want to laugh at first.
You boldly suggested that the two of you share the bed which caused Yuri to flail his arms around like a mad man, all red in the face, saying that you could have it.
The single-story apartment had two rooms, one of which is Yuri's and the other was just being used for storage. Yuri offered his room for you to use, opting to sleep on the couch in the living area until the other room is cleared out, but before he could even get a blanket and some pillows from his room, you already fell asleep on the small couch with a little drool hanging over your lip.
As much as you would have liked to use the bed, you didn't think your dark haired friend would appreciate it if you accidentally messed up his room somehow...and you didn't think you could sleep well with all of the 'Victor Nikiforov' posters hanging around (yes, he did bring some of his posters with him).
Besides, you had already claimed the couch as your own.
Nevertheless, the past few days had its ups and downs, but the two of you got through it just fine.
Fortunately during the weekends, neither the two of you had any classes which was a huge relief. You certainly did not want to have to deal with settling in and school work at the same time.
