You felt good as you had gotten all of that out of the way. You were still a bit shakey but for now, you had come into terms with something.

The person you loved the most is giving you the strength to push on.

And that was all you needed right now.

The moment the two of you two got home, you both got an earful from a very angry ballet instructor and a raging Russian blonde.

When Minako had heard of your little disappearing act from Yuri, she didn't know just what to think. Meanwhile Yuri didn't have it easy either. Yurio was grating on the dark haired skater for not calling them when he had found you.

The blonde would never admit it but he was a bit worried when Yuri told them you were missing. A bit. It wasn't like he stressed the importance of bringing your quote - 'sorry ass back home' - unquote to Victor during the whole search.

You made a mental note to give the grumpy little kitten a huge hug later on (whether he liked it or not).

Victor on the other hand was rather silent during the whole exchange. When you had noticed that he has yet to give his two cents about the whole thing, you stood in front of him and gave him a small bow, expressing your deepest apologies for making him worry and go to all that trouble looking for you.

He just waved you off with a small smile saying that you should never do something like that again and that you could make it up to him by practicing long and hard the next day.

You gave him a questioning look.

You don't remember ever agreeing to extra practice.

When Victor saw your non verbal inquiry, he explained that Yuri agreed to adding an extra hour of practice onto your plate.

You glared at your boyfriend who was looking away, sweating bullets.

Hiroko (being the saint that she is) prevented any future squabbles by inviting all of you to the dinner table that was filled with food that you swore was fit for a king.*

Her cooking was absolutely divine and any and all arguments ceased.

Minako paused before taking a bite out of her food, "Isn't the Hot Springs on Ice only a couple of days away?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Have you guys put any thought as to what costumes you'll be wearing?"

"I completely forgot about that..." Yuri mumbled.

"I didn't bring anything with me either."

You shrugged, "I'll just pick out a pair of jeans and a shirt."

Minako shot up from her seat and glared at you, "There's no way I'm letting you go out there wearing anything less than a proper costume, (Y/N)!"

"Oh yeah," Yuri started, "What happened to all of those other costumes Phichit had dragged you out to buy befo-"

You clasped your hands around Yuri's mouth and made a 'shushing' gesture. You leant closer to his ear so that you could whisper, "Please don't let Minako-sensei know that I do have costumes...I do not want to be playing dress up anytime soon. Understood?"

Yuri nodded and you let go.

Minako just raised a brow at your antics.

"If you guys are worried about costumes, fret not!" Victor exclaimed cheerfully, "I have it all taken care of. I have had all of the costumes I have ever worn shipped over from Russia~"
