Malungkot na hinatid ko sina mommy't daddy sa garage. Today is their flight to Manhattan for their business meeting. Mom is very excited,as always, she loves travelling a lot. However, they're both anxious to leave me again after a week of staying together under one roof. Yes, you read that right. But please just don't ask me how it happened because I still don't know how Damon compelled them to stay.

"Dad, talaga bang isasama mo si mommy. Hindi ba pwedeng ikaw nalang muna?"pangungulit ko kay daddy habang hindi pa sila nakapasok sa kotse.

Tinawanan ako ni dad saka hinarap.

"Honey. I need your mom there, alright. And you know her position in the company. She has to be there with me. Don't worry, as soon as our transactions are done there, we'll fly back immediately to be with you."Dad said sweetly and kissed my forehead. "We love you, Dillenna. Please be fine here, okay?"

"I love you dad. Take care of mom."

Dad went in the car already and mom is still right beside me throwing me questioning looks.

"Mom? What's that?"

"I saw that smile written over your face the first night I was here. What was that?"nanunudyong tanong niya.

"It's okay, honey. I am so happy seeing you around him. Staying here is really helping you a lot getting through the bad days. Dillenna, baby, we like him. I hope, you will be happy with your choices and decisions in life. We're here. Mom and dad will always be here, no matter what. We love you, baby."mom told me sweetly which made me smile and cry at the same time.

She kissed my forehead and hugged me lovingly.

"I love you more, mom. You and dad enjoy. Don't think too much about me. You know I'm safe here."I assured her.

While I watched the car slowly speeding away to the gate, someone hugged me from behind and sniffed my hair. No need to guess. Who else would want to smell my hair any time of day?

"Good morning, angel-face. You need to take a bath already."

Ugh! Heto na naman siya. Ayaw lang talagang aminin na ang bango ng ulo ko. Tss. Lagi nalang niya akong tinutukso ng ganito tuwing umaga eh.

Haha. Akala niya talaga galit ako.

"Lumabas kaya tayo, Demon?"

"Are you bored staying at my place?"

"No. I just wanted to see the world outside. "Simpleng sagot ko.

Deep within, I just really want to hear anything about them. It's been a week since we got back from Paris. That means, it's been almost three weeks since that day I last saw them. Hays. I just can't help it. When I caught Damon looking fixedly at me, I looked away. Baka mabasa pa niya ang tunay na dahilan ko.

"If that is what you really want. We'll go out today then."

"Thank you."

"Anything for you, angel."he said and sniffed my hair again.
