When I saw him it was like the world stopped. In the back of my mind, I was surprised it was a boy but then I remembered the moon goddesses words. I would love him no matter what.

One moment I was taking in the sight of my beloved the next I was being tackled by a largish blonde wolf. He was no match for me but still made me angry. Did he dare attack an alpha? Sure he was large but he was not goddess gifted. What was worse is he was trying to keep me from my mate, my Luna.

I smacked him away with one half shifted hand. He fell to the floor with a yelp. I was about to pounce when suddenly a small brown wolf jumped between us. He looked up at me pleading. He wanted me to spare the blonde wolf. For my mate, I would do anything. I sheathed my claws and looked down at my little mate.

"I will spare him for you, my love. Now shift so I can meet you." I commanded.

He tilted his head, one ear flopped in an adorable confused look.

"What is it? Shift." I told him once more.

He only whimpered and pawed at the ground then looked up at me.

"You don't know how?" I guessed.

He whimpered again and shook his head.

That's when the she-wolf spoke up.

"Please. I don't know what you want but please don't hurt him. He's never shifted before. He can't fallow your orders he doesn't know how." She whimpered stumbling over her words. She was terrified.

"Don't worry. I would never hurt my mate. I just want to meet him." I assured her.

"Your mate?" Her nose scrunched up in confusion. "He's a boy!"

"The goddess told me to love my mate no matter what. Do you have a problem with that?" I growled.

"N-no Alpha." She quickly submitted.

It has been a long time since I was around others. It felt so good to be called Alpha by someone. Now that I've found my Luna I could finally have a pack of my own.

I turned back to said Luna and crouched down to his level. I put my hands on either side of his face and filled my voice with as much alpha command as possible. I tried to make sure I still sounded gentle though.

"Shift love." I breathed.

My command was too powerful to ignore. He let out a yelp as he popped back into his human form. There stood a naked version of the boy I had first laid eyes on. I was going to jump him.

I was on him in seconds. His eyes widened as I fell on him. As gently as I could of course. I was hovering over him when I suddenly realized something.

I didn't want any of our first to be like this. So regaining the control my three years of special training had achieved I got off of him and helped him up. I still held him close not liking my mate exposed to the others.

The blonde wolf stood and shifted into a large man. My mate clearly got his pixie features from the woman so that must have been his mother, making the man her mate.

"Sorry Alpha." He submitted. "I thought you were a danger to my family."

"Even if your son wasn't my mate I wouldn't have hurt you or your family. I saw your house and just wanted to meet the owners. I have been walking through the forest since my alpha training." I told them. It had been a year since I had left my own family I missed them.

"Oh? That's wonderful! Now we can be a pack instead of helpless rouges. What is the name of our new Alpha?" The She-wolf asked looking extremely relieved and happy.
