Chapter 11
Maui's POV
I'm coming back from running some errands when I see Tama walking towards me with his arms open wide. I fall right into his embrace. "Tama, I'm sorry for everything. I--" Tama puts a finger to my lips and silences me. "No Maui, you don't get to apologize. You didn't do anything wrong. I let the darkness corrupt me and I hurt you. I also know Moana's your best friend and that she means a lot to you. I need to learn that I don't own you. You're allowed to go off to fulfill your demigod duties and hang out with Moana. That girl needs you just as much as I do, if not more. Do you forgive me Maui?" This time I put a finger to his lips to silence him. "All is forgiven Tama. I love you so much."
Tama gently pulls me toward him, leaning his forehead against mine. "I love you too Maui." We stay like this for a moment before closing the gap, in which our lips crash against one another, leading to a kiss. At first the kiss starts off gentle, but it soon becomes passionate and rough. That's personally my favorite kind of kiss. I love when someone kisses me with passion more than anything. We continue to do this for quite awhile, taking short breaks in between to catch our breath before pressing our lips to one another some more. You may think we seem like sexual savages, but we're not. We just haven't been able to express our love for one another until now. Both of us were afraid of how everyone would judge us for being bisexual as we both are.
It's hard to truly be yourself in today's society. People will judge you for the things that make you who you are, but will also judge you if stray from your true self. In other words, it's no win situation. I don't care what people say about me. Though if someone talks shit about Tama, they'll get an ass whipping from personally from me Maui, the almighty demigod of the wind and sea, hero to all. That should send them running in the other direction.
