The Missing Puzzle Pieces Have Been Found
Chapter 91
Tamatoa's POV
Mo fell asleep a little while ago and is getting some much deserved rest. I'm so proud of her. Mo's so young and yet she was brave enough to endure a long five month pregnancy and give us her biological twins just to make us happy. I adore her so much. I understand why Maui loves her just as much as he loves me. It's impossible not to love her. Maui and I are currently holding our babies as they sleep. Maui's holding Tala and I'm holding Taui. Both of us have been smiling for hours on end. Besides getting married, this is the best day of our lives. We're parents now. We have two adorable children. We also have Mo and her parents to help us look after them. Life is truly perfect now. All of the missing pieces have been found and put together again.
"Maui, how does it feel to be a dad now?" He gives me a tired but loving smile. "It feels pretty damn great. In fact, I truly feel as if we were meant to be parents all along but didn't seem to realize it at the time. We're going to be good dads Tama. Our children are going to be loved the way we never were as kids. They're going to have the two best dads in the world, the best aunt, and wonderful grandparent like figures in their lives. They'll know what it's like to have a family." I nod in agreement and smile back at him. "Maui, I'm just so thankful not only our children, but that you and Moana both are better. The kids need both of you in their lives. The universe could have taken the two of you away from me, but yet it didn't. Instead, it gave both of you another choice." I look up at the sky in a dorky fashion. "Thank you universe."
Maui laughs at my actions. "You're so dorky sometimes Crab Cakes." I blush and bite my lip. "I might be a dork, but I'm YOUR dork." Maui leans forward, smirking and giving me a teasing smile. "Yeah I suppose that's true." I lean in all the way, pressing my lips against his before he can make another sarcastic remark. When we pull apart, his eyes are wide and he's speechless. Can you believe that? I have the ability to make the great Maui, demigod of the wind and sea, hero to all, speechless. Who would have thought.
