Chapter 93 

Tamatoa's POV

Time Skip... Ten Years Later...

  Maui and I are lying on the beach watching our two precious children play in the ocean. The ocean is just as fond of them as it is Moana. It splashes them playfully and often loves to ruffle their hair. Sometimes it'll even put cute little flowers in Tala's hair and seashells around Taui's neck, like a necklace if you will. It's adorable. Taui and Tala turned ten last month. They're growing up so fast on Maui and I. As for Maui, he's been cancer free for ten years now. It's safe to say that he's in the clear and his health has never been better. Mo though has stayed single for all of this time. I keep trying to nudge her back into the dating game but she claims to be content being the cool aunt to our kids and spending as much time with her parents as possible, who have severely aged these past ten years. Her parents are now in their seventies. I can see why Mo feels the responsibility to see them on a regular basis. 

  Life is great though. Sure we occasionally have obstacles we have to overcome, but it's nothing compared to what we've already been through. When I say we, I do mean all of us, including Mo. The kids are also learning how to use their powers. Thanks to Maui's demigod blood, our children are demigods/demigoddesses. Taui's powers include telepathy (Lord help us) and shapeshifting. Tala's powers include shapeshifting as well and the power to control nature, especially gardens full of flowers. Those are all pretty cool and useful powers if you ask me. I'm honestly jealous of my family. Everyone can shapeshift except Mo and I. At least Mo knows the struggle. 

   In conclusion to this long tale, I'll leave you with this. It's just the beginning for all of us. There's so much we have yet to do. Our family will grow physically, mentally, and emotionally each and everyday. We will appreciate each and everyday we get to live. We won't let our demons drown us anymore because things really will be okay in the end.
