Oh man what on Earth do I just almost do back there? I almost KISSED Mo on the lips in the heat of the moment. I'm just glad I stopped myself. I don't love Moana like that anymore. I lost feelings for her once she started dating that asshole who I won't even name right now because I'm that disgusted with him. Getting caught up in the moment is all it was. It's lunch time now so I'm getting Mo some sandwiches and fruit to bring back to her. I grab a bit of everything figuring that she's craving all sorts of things. When I have everything, I rush back to her hut, nearly falling over my own feet on the way.
"Hey Mo, I'm back.", I say as I knock on the door. She lets me in and I sit at the foot of her bed. "I didn't know what you wanted so I brought a little bit of everything. I hope that's okay." Mo gives me a small smile. "It's perfect. It satisfies my cravings." I nod and study her face for a moment before snapping back to reality. "Look Mo, I just wanted to apologize for what almost happened earlier. I swear that I don't have any romantic feelings towards you." "Maui, I believe you. Please stop apologizing so much. Everything is fine. We've done nothing wrong because it's not like we actually kissed." I sigh. "Thanks Mo." She leans her head on my shoulder while eating some fruit. "You're welcome.", she says in a sing song voice mocking mine, causing me to burst into laughter. "I don't sound like that Mo." "You totally do Maui, you just have yet to realize it." "Yeah you're probably right. I sound sexy though. You're just jealous."
Mo rolls her eyes at me. "Why would I want to sound like man?" I roll my eyes back. "So you can sound as sexy as I am." Mo puts a hand over my mouth. "Oh hush. Just let me finish my food." I lick her hand causing her to squeal. "EW MAUI, WHAT THE HELL? THAT WAS GROSS." I shrug with a wicked grin on my face. "It got you to back off a bit so I consider it a job well done." We continue going back and forth with silly banter throughout the entire course of lunch. Despite most of it being completely and utterly ridiculous, it's putting a smile on Mo's face so that's all that matters. I'll fall on my own two feet and break my teeth if it would help Mo overcome the pain that has filled her beautiful heart.
Hoped that you guys liked this chapter! I'm back to my original hair color, which is brown. I got it done right after work. My ends were getting a little dried up so I'm giving my hair a break from funky colors for a little while. :) -Mary
