Chapter 60
Maui's POV
After sex...
I pant like a dog trying to catch my breath after another intense round of sex with Tama. "Damn Tama, you're an animal in bed." Tama chuckles. "I can't help it that I'm skilled when it comes to sex." I smirk. "There's a difference between being a pro and being animalistic, though you somehow manage to combine both. Good job babe." Tama starts to bow playfully but grabs his stomach, wincing in pain. My smirk is replaced instantly by concern. "Baby are you okay?" He nods through the pain. "I'm just a little sore from the sex and have a stomach from all of the coconuts I ate earlier. I think I ate too many..." "Babe, lie down and take it easy." He objects and tries to get out of bed but I gently lift him back into bed.
Tama groans. I shake my head and sigh. "I'm not trying to be a buzzkill Tama, I'm looking out for you. It's not good to jump out of bed right after sex. In fact, it's actually recommended that those who have sex rest for a few hours afterwards." Tama sighs back in response but follows my instructions. He adjusts himself comfortably in our "bed" and soon falls asleep. I give him a tender kiss on the forehead, both cheeks, and lips before snuggling up to him and falling asleep a few minutes later. My dreams are pleasant and calming.
Moana's POV
Loi's helping the fisherman with their catches of the day until Maui and Tama come back. It's nice to see him stepping up the plate while their gone. I was worried that the fisherman weren't going to meet their daily quota but they are doing so, if not exceeding it each day. As for me, I'm focus my attention on my mother right now. She caught the flu and is in need of my attention and care. While the flu is more serious than a cold, it's hardly ever fatal. My mother does everything that she's supposed to do when she's sick so I know that she's going to be fine. I just love her so much and want to be there for her like she's always there for me in my time of need.
