okay so maybe not Halloween but let's be real bad time management is like a constant source of anxiety for me and everyone I know

HAPPY OCTOBER Y'ALL LET THE SKELETON WARS COMMENCE.

ALSO INKTOBER??? AND THEN ITS ONTO NANOWRIMO WOW I'M HYPE

So I finished the first chapter of Crux? And the first chapter of Out of Bounds. If you don't know what I'm talking about I don't blame you but Crux was the story that got previewed a while back, I did finish the first chapter and it is glorious. I like to jokingly call Out Of Bounds "Deja Vu with more aliens" but it's also pretty different thematically and takes place in the summer? It is another teen superhero squad saving the world book though. They're a bit of a trend for me lately.

but seriously, I have way too many stories. Most of my conversations with my friends go like this:

Me: Oh I got SO much worldbuilding done last night!

Friend: For what story?

Me: It's untitled right now.

Friend: Wait. Foxboy?

Me: Oh yeah, that too, but no, that's Crux.

Friend: That too? As in you're working on multiple new projects.

Me: Yep.

Friend: NaNoWriMo?

Me: I wish I was working on that. What a clusterfuck.

Friend: Huh. The one with the gay villains?

Me: That's Rotary.

Friend: Is Rotary the new one?

Me: Nope. Rotary's the sci-fi fantasy. I'm talking about the forest one.

Friend: When did you start a new new book?

Me: A week ago?

Friend: How many stories have you made in the past month?

Me: ... at least four

Friend: why

Me: If I knew how to control it I would probably be exhausting the energy on existing books

anyways the good news is that I am really motivated and I'll probably end up with a 5 chapter a week schedule starting December... I mean, maybe just when my existing books are done? It will be soon and it will be rad
