SO APPARENTLY THE NEW EVERYTHING EVERYTHING ALBUM WAS OUT TWO MONTHS AGO AND NO ONE TOLD ME? FAKE NEWS. REGARDLESS I DISCOVERED IT TODAY AND BAWLED MY EYES OUT BECAUSE EVERYTHING EVERYTHING IS INCREDIBLE

it's a British band who writes maximalist music about politics and if all of those words confused you especially when strung together welcome to the club. Their music is super weird and contains a lot of sounds and lyrics that make people very uncomfortable which is just one more reason they're incredible. It's a constant barrage of  what the fuck were you even thinking you beautiful brilliant people what am I listening to right now and I think this album (save one misstep) is probably the best one yet (it's just their fourth! they spend so much time on these!) anyways I love them and their music and I'm so happy right now

it's really hard to recommend their music to anyone because it's super fucking weird but i also love it so 

i mean let's get something straight guys i'm really weird and my tastes in media are extraneous as shit. not like hipster extraneous or cool extraneous it's like "what are you doing" and then me sitting in the corner atop an empire of bandcamp exclusives and webcomics
