My mother taught me from the tender age that I should be careful when I am using my things but be extra careful when I am are handling other people's things.

I did a grave mistake in an accident that will give Qing a headache.

First, let me say sorry for lying. While in Beijing airport after landing home from Paris, France, some wonderful fans welcomed me back home and asked if I will go straight back to Shenzhen to shoot in Chen Yang and without blinking, I said yes.

I lied.

I still have two and a half day break before I need to go back to Shenzhen. And it was agreed that I will spend that time with Qing.

And during that time, I did something on Qing's phone.

Let me start from the beginning.

Since I just came from Paris, Qing was curious to see all the photos I took while vacationing there. Both in my camera and phone. So I surrendered my gadgets to him.

Then I learned that Qing had some dinner and basketball practice with his team and friends. They took photos so I asked for his phone in exchange to mine.

So we swapped phones.

While fiddling with Qing's phone in our bedroom, looking at the photos on his gallery, his phone suddenly turn dark.

It turns off by itself.

I would love to say that I handled everything calmly but you must know me by now. Sooo...

(Yes...yes we know you by now)

I am not the calmest person in an emergency.

(Yes. Yes indeed)

I shouted for Qing.

Me: (shouting) Wang Qing! Your phone died!

Qing: (peering from the door) What do you mean it died?

He entered our room to take his phone that I held out for him.

Me: It killed itself.

Qing: How can it kill...did you press something?

Me: No. One moment I was looking at pictures the next..poof...it goes dark.

Qing and I had the same brand of phone. His phone model is just one number higher than mine. So I know how to handle his phone.

Me: I swear I didn't press anything. I am just scrolling on your gallery when it does suicide by itself.

Qing: What?!

Me: It killed itself. Why aren't you aware that your phone is suicidal? How long has it had a depression that led to it killing itself?

Qing: My phone is not depressed. Stop joking!

Me: Hey, depression is a major issue. It's no joke. It should be tackled. Some depression can lead to suicide. Exhibit A is your phone.

Qing: It didn't perform a harakiri, Dayu!

I watched a Qing tried pressing the on button.

Qing: Maybe the battery is drained.

Me: Nope. I occassionally checked the batter percentage. It's still in 67% when it died...by sui---...

Qing: (giving me a warning look) Don't say it.

I raised my hands in surrender. I settled in watching him try different things to open his phone. He charged it, he shook it, he tried letting it rest for one hour. But in the end, it won't open up.
