Wellness Resort pt6

It's official, I hate vacationing in a resort.

As I lowered myself on the lukewarm and relaxing water of the mineral enriched hidden spring pool, I can still feel my ears ringing after hearing that Qing was SheNa's first kiss.

Fuck!

JiJi: I love the fact that the water in this spring pool is lukewarm. It's not simmering like the onsen in Japan, ah...but this is relaxing. Can you feel it, Dayu?

No! I cannot feel it. If there is something simmering hotly like the water in an onsen, it's my blood. That SheNa is getting on my nerves.

I should be enjoying myself. The hidden spring is surrounded by tall trees with moss on their trunks, smoothened rocks and grass. The water is clear, lukewarm and it feels smooth on my skin. The water gently moves around us to flow down on the stream below us when the pool overflows. It's an experience of senses. Even the smell of the air, like a grassy field after a rain.

Plus I am with Mama and JiJi, in their modest bathing suits while I am in my swimming trunk, Qing's blood kin who loves me as well. What more can I ask for?

This place is truly a paradise. Except there is a snake on it. Ugh!

Mama: Did something happened again?

JiJi: (sneering) Dayu finally learned that Qing's first kiss was that brat.

Mama: Brat? Oh you mean Mrs.Ping's daughter?

JiJi: Yes. SheNa...

Mama: (looking at me) Are you jealous, Dayu?

Me: Not really jealous, Mama. More like...irritated. Qing is gay, that girl will mean nothing to him. It's just...

JiJi: It'a just Dayu cannot stake his claim because you prevented him and Qing to reveal their relationship to SheNa and Mrs.Ping, Mama. Now, Dayu is annoyed that SheNa is buzzing around Qing like a bee to a sweet smelling flower.

I hate Qing's sister right now.

Me: (pouting as I scoop spring water on my hand) Auntie invited them to match SheNa to Zhu gege. Why is she clinging on my boyfriend? Now, I am the anxious one and not Pau.

My eyes widened in panic when I realized my mistake. I covered my mouth and look at Mama who snorted in ladylike manner.

Mama: Zhu and his assistant. I felt something is going on between that two. So it's true, Zhu is having an affair with his EA.

JiJi: (totally relaxed in her corner of the spring) Does Auntie has an idea about it?

Mama: Maybe. I am not sure. But she might be suspecting something. You know your Auntie, JiJi, her instincts are sharp. Maybe that is the reason why she is rushing to match Zhu off.

Me: Isn't Auntie always rushing to marry Zhu gege off?

Mama: Touche. But that doesn't matter. What matter is you and Qing? Are you irritated at my son?

Me: (reluctantly nodding) I am slightly annoyed at him. I know he is not at fault here but...

Mama: I understand, Dayu ah. I'm sorry if I am preventing you from taking a claim on my son, but I really don't trust that mother and daughter tandem to not spread nasty rumors about Qing. Forgive me for wanting to protect my son.
