What is worse than overactive and overzealous Kuai and Kuangnu?

Qing is not on the condo today. Actually he has been staying in their mansion since yesterday. Kuai and Kuangnu are both sick. Vomitting and refusing to eat.

Qing: (looking haggard in a video call) They both refuse to eat. We already called the vet. He said, it's okay for a dog to have an empty stomach for 12 to 24 hours. But longer than that...it's not good.

Me: And how long has it's been since Kuai and Kuangnu refused to eat?

Qing: 16 pushing on 17 hours. But the most worrying part is they are both lazy and sad, Dayu. Kuai refused to bark and Kuangnu has been hiding his head behind his paws for the whole night.

Qing: I don't know what to do with them.

Me: What other thing did the vet says? What could have caused it?

Qing: That is the weird thing. Kuangnu clearly has colds. He cannot smell anything. And his vomits has foams because his stomach is clearly empty now. Kuai, the vet cannot see anything wrong with him but he also refused to eat. I don't know...

Qing: I don't know. It's like Kuai feels what Kuangnu is feeling.

Me: (snorting) Why? It's not like they are twins.

Qing: Are you serious? Dayu, Kuai and Kuangnu are twins. They were both born at the same day with the same mother.

Me: Medicine. Has the vet gave them anything?

Qing: Shots. They both received shots. If they will still refuse to eat today, we will have no choice but to put IV on them. We might also have to confine them on the vet clinic.
