Well, last year it happened to me. And it happened in the ski resort where I proved to everyone that I am someone who can hold too many issues in my sexy body.

Well, if I am sick then I will have an excuse not to welcome Qing's sister in our condo and got in the middle of this impromptu ladies' conference video call.

But no, I have to be hale and healthy when I opened the door this afternoon to admit Qing's sister with a small luggage in tow.

JiJi: (kissing my cheeks) Thank you for hosting me tonight.

Me: Why are we hosting you again?

JiJi: Hubby is out of town and will come back tomorrow, lunch time. I don't want to stay in our home all alone...

Me: Where is Cupcake?

JiJi: Having a sleepover.

Me: A what now?

JiJi: (rolling her eyes impatiently) A friend of mine who also own a Bichon invited Cupcake for a sleepover in her place. Cupcake will play with her bff and sleep there.

Me: Cupcake has a bff?

JiJi: (nodding) Cupcake is pleasant to everyone, you know. She is quite popular in the dog club that we signed a membership on. She is pleasant to everyone...

Me: She is a bitch. Literally and figuratively.

JiJi: Will you let me finish? She is pleasant to everyone aside from you and Qing's beastly dogs. Thank goodness they are not here.

Me: Qing and I are quite busy with individual projects so we cannot care for them.

JiJi: (smiling) Understandable. Anyways, can I have some juice, please? Because it seems like the owner of the condo won't volunteer to offer some for his guest.

Me: Sorry, that's remiss of me. (Moving to walk to the kitchen) Sit on the couch and I will take out some refreshments. Are you still on a diet?

JiJi: (in a carrying tone) No. It's done finally. I am in my most ideal weight. I am healthy and feeling wonderful. Now, all I need to do is get pregnant.

Me: Ahhh...

I poured juice on two glasses and place some macarons on a plate. Placed everything on a tray and took it to the living room.
