Randall was a young boy about the age of 10 who lived inside Wall Maria inside Shiganshina's district. His parents are good friends with the Ackerman family and is always mentioning to Randall how he should meet the Ackerman's daughter.
She is a young girl who doesn't really have any friends whom is also shy and quiet. Perhaps visiting her often would help her open up to children her own age?
Eventually the two will joins the training cadet corps years later....
