To anyone who decides to read this story...thank you a thousand times!! This story has taken me forever to write, and I'm serious. I've spent months thinking everything out and putting it all on paper and finally onto Wattpad. So I hope anyone who reads this, you enjoy it! Just a heads up to Attack on Titan Anime watchers only, you might should wait to read this story unless you don't mind being spoiled. Basically the ending of this story takes place during Season 3 part 2's Arc of the Anime that has yet to have released as of yet. It's based off the Manga. I love the Manga, and for a long time I've wanted to write a story covering this Arc. But it's been challenging to do, because for me, this is a heart wrenching Arc to write. Especially since this Arc basically is the showdown of Armin v.s the Colossal Titan. So please beware this story may give the Armin fans the feels as my fanfic reaches the climax. But please read, I took a lot of time and thought into this story. And if you read it, I thank you incredibly! 💕😇🤗

Part 1

Things weren't looking good for us. The Collosal Titan along with the Armoured Titan attacked in an attempt to rescue Annie Leonhardt who was crystalized underground.

But luckily I managed to defeat the Colossal Titan on humanity's final line of defense with the help of Armin, Eren, Mikasa, and Levi.

But after the difficult and life threatening battle with the Collosal, harsh light exploded nearby within the wall. The blast was enough to blow me off my feet! But I managed to stand my ground.

Beyond the fogy steam that originally caused an explosion, the Armoured Titan appeared! And with Bertolt Hoover standing on top it's shoulder. And in the Armoured Titan's clutches was Annie, still crystalized in her crystal.

The Armoured Titan darts off and climbs up the walls before sliding down it to make a run outside. We can't let the enemy take Annie. She's to valuable to us.

Eren curses under his breath in bitter anger before we all started flying after the Armoured Titan. But right when I was about to make for an attack, I freeze upon hearing a powerful roar from behind.

I was blasted away from the impact, but I was able to catch a glimpse and saw Eren transformed into the Attack Titan. He instantly punches the Armoured Titan right in the face!

As I fell, I lost all sense of direction and I expected myself to crash to the ground with major injuries. The impact would surely be enough to cause me to pass out, at the very least.

But instead, I find myself being caught in gentle arms. I blink for a moment to snap myself out of my dazed state. I hear a familiar voice speak to me. One I knew all too well.

"Kiyomi, are you okay?!"

I turned around to meet my gaze with Armin. Once again, he's saved my life. I can't count the number of times he's come to my rescue.

"I-I'm...I'm ok. Thank you!" I thanked him speechlessly. He helped me back on my feet but before we could exchange any more words, a huge roar echoed loud and clear throughout the area.

Me and Armin turned our attention towards Titan Eren to see that he has managed to down the Armoured Titan!

But from the far distance ahead of us, we could see a swarm of ordinary Titans charging this way! But finally...I've...no, we have defeated both the Armoured and the Collosal Titan!

I began to head towards the fallen Armoured Titan, where the traitorous Reiner Braun and Bertolt Hoover fell. We need to talk to them. There's so many questions I have, such as why they did what they did. And why they continue to do this.

But I feel a strong grip clutching at my arm, holding me back. I turned around to see Armin. He apologizes and urgently tells me that we can't stick around and that we have to leave.

Everyone already had crystalized Annie loaded in the back of the waggon and horses that carried soldiers fled back to the wall we've strayed away from as well.

I don't argue with Armin and I leave the two Titan shapeshifters to their certain death as I retreat with Armin. I was now resting in a waggon being carried along by a horse.

I sat in the waggon with Armin, Eren, and Mikasa. Eren was tuckered out after his Titan transformation, so he had his head laying in Mikasa's lap.

I could hear the mutters and whispers of soldier's close by. They were saying how at this rate, nobody will be able to escape. That we all were going to die before we even make it to the wall.

It wasn't until I overheard this, I had come to realize how much closer the Titans were to gaining on us. If nobody stops the Titans...we might not be able to return Annie back inside the walls.

But worst, many lives will have been lost. And Armin, Eren, and Mikasa...I don't want them to die. Shakily I wrote my very last note in my notebook before placing it right next to Eren, who continued to rest.

I was about to jump out of the cart to stop the Titans, but...

"K-Kiyomi? What are you doing...?!" I turned around to see Armin. He looked terrified. He...he must have an idea of what I am about to do.

"U-Um...Armin?" I approach him, uncertain of exactly what to say, but...then I decided to act without thinking.

"I'm glad I got to know you. Thank you for everything." I smile at him weakly before pulling him into a hug.

After a few moments I pulled away to see Armin astonished and speechless. With that, I turned away only to never look back as I took on all of the Titans.

"Kiyomi, NO!!" I heard Armin scream out in horror. Tears escaped my eyes, but I couldn't turn back. If I give up and turn back, he'll die. They all will. So I have no choice but to fight to what would be certain death.

I had passed out but woke up to find myself in a field of grass. I was still outside the walls. But there was no longer any Titans in sight. Did I actually manage...to kill them all? But...that doesn't sound right. There were so many, shouldn't be resting inside a Titans stomach?

But either way, what mattered what that I managed to survive along with the Scouts, hopefully. I was so relieved I survived...but I was sore everywhere. I was so tired....And it seems like my left arm has gone completely limp and numb. Did I break it...? I hope not.

But it looked as though I was alone. The Scouts must have retreated back inside the walls. They left me behind to die alone. But I expected as much. But I don't hold it against them.

I began to stagger uptop a grassy hill. And from up there, the world outside looked so big and vast...I striked my sword into the dirt of the ground before hanging my cloak over it.

I survived...but sooner or later a Titan will come and devour me, I'm sure. This is Titan territory, of course. But what should be seems won't end up being my fate.

Ahead I could see two blury figures approaching me. As they got closer, I recognized the two-- it was Reiner Braun and Bertolt Hoover, the traitors who miraculously survived.

Fear swelled up in me and I began to take a couple steps back until I found myself falling down the hill, rolling and crashing down. I groaned painfully before losing consciousness.

The two weren't able to kidnap Eren or rescue Annie, but they were able to succeed in talking captive one of the walls most valuable soldier's...me.
