T'was the night before Christmas, and four creatures were stiring... a family of four. The father, Levi Ackerman, walked his adoptive children of three down the street. Bags full of toys and candy filled the little ones bags.

"Dad,do you think these kids will like their presents?!" Eren asked all excitedly. "For the hundredth time brat, yes. They will love them." Levi rolls his eyes. It can be a pain to repeat yourself over and over to a kid.

"Awesome! I'm sorry for asking too much. I'm just so excited to handout the gifts!" Eren beamed. This was what this family did every year on the eve of Christmas.

They would go down to Shiganshina's orphanage and donate toys and candies to the children for the holiday. It always made Levi's kids and even the children from the orphanage very happy! Because when you give a gift to someone, it comes from the heart. It means that you care.

"I do wish though, we could gift the kids a home rather than a sack of toys and candies." Eren admits. "Don't worry Eren, in time these kids will have a home to go home to." Levi simply says.

"Yeah! Just like how it was for us." Armin tells Eren with a small smile. "I... I guess your right." Eren returned a smile.

"Alright, off to the orphanage!" Eren points towards the direction of the building full of kids. "Yeah!" Cheered Mikasa and Armin. Before Levi knew it, the kids were off, rushing ahead to the orphanage, beating him to it.

Christmas is a holiday that should always come from the heart.
