I had returned to my homeland

I had returned to my homeland. It was strange though. No Titans seemed to roam the earth. During the long period of time of my journey back, could they had done it? Did the Scouts wipe out all the roaming Titans from this side? It would appear so. Because this land didn't appear how I remembered it. Beyond the walls is hell. I saw none of that here. Only peace as the wind lightly brushed the grass.

Luck must have been on my side in that case. I ran and I ran as if running from the end chasing behind me. I ran and I ran, without looking back. I ran and I ran, in hopes of reuniting with my loved ones. I ran and I ran for the home that awaited me. I ran and I ran in desire to see him again.

I eventually made it to the wall. I screamed and shouted, desperate for someone-- anyone, to hear my cry. Nobody came. Nobody heard. Well, this was the outerwall. Why would anyone be by the outer wall at the moment? Unless there was an exception issued, someone might hear, but...

Just when I was about to lose hope, I saw a figure peek over the top of the wall, from where they stood. It looked like two people. One of the figures ran down the wall like a crazy psycho before approaching me. Yikes, what a crazy move that was for them to do.

But before me was one of my Squad mates, Sasha Blouse! And I'm guessing the one who was originally besides her ontop the wall was Connie Springer. "K-Kiyomi! My gods, your alive!" The girl cries before grabbing me into a close hug. The sudden embrace surprised me for a moment, but then I smiled as I returned the hug. It was great to be back.

"Sasha...what's going on for you to be within Wall Maria, right now? Is everyone..."

"The Titans are attacking!! The normal ones have been wiped out, but the Armored, Colossal, and the Beast Titan are attacking!" Sasha informed me tensely.

"If there's any spare equipment, I'll gladly use is to provide aid in the battle!" I tell her determinedly. "B-But...Kiyomi, you look fit to pass out! We couldn't have you..." Sasha was smart and observant. She is easily able to tell when a animal or human is on the point of over-exertion. But I don't care about being exhausted. I mean, sure I'm tired as heck, but Armin, Eren, and Mikasa are probably fighting out there as well. And I can't leave them to fight this battle alone.

"Your right Sasha. I am tired. And I am on the brink of wearing myself out to my limit. But...I don't care. Everyone needs me. And I won't stand by to watch the events unfold. I have to do my part. If I can be even of a little use in this battle, if I can protect and save lives, even if I die...I have to. Especially if Armin, Eren, and Mikasa and the rest of our friends are fighting out there too."

"W-Wow....you sure?"

I gave a strong nod and it was then Sasha didn't try to sway my mind any further. "Okay, in that case, I'll help carry you uptop the wall. One of the soldier's me and Connie were fighting with has died. We laid him ontop the wall in hopes of giving him treatment, but by time we made it up, we lost him. And we have a new way of fighting. New weapons and techniques. We still have the maneuvering gear, but we also have thunder spears. It's so powerful, it can pierce right through the Armour Titan's thick skin!"
