Attack on Titan Senerioes: When Kiyomi gets sick

It is a rare occurrence for Kiyomi to ever get sick. If anything, she usually only manages to get sick once or twice a year. Whenever she does get sick, the days of her sickness are always dreadful and torturous.

Whenever Kiyomi first gets sick, she usually attempts to pull through the day and to survive whether it's easy or difficult. In most situations once the very first day of Kiyomi's fit of sickness starts, she usually gets herself bedridden. Usually once Kiyomi discovers that she is sick, is when she usually gets worst.

When Kiyomi does get sick, she is usually bedridden. She will cough, sneeze, and whatever else when she is ill, whether her sickness is minor or serious. Kiyomi hates to be bored, so despite being bedridden, she will always want to have something to either keep her busy with, or just something to distract herself from her boredom.

Most of the time, if she refuses to sleep, she will either read or write. And if she does neither...she will likely day dream about Armin Arlert. If nobody knows of her sickness other than Kiyomi herself, she will mostly spend her dreadful days of her sickness by herself.

But if one of her friends happens to know of her sickness, such as Eren, Mikasa, or especially Armin, they will pay her visits. Eren and Mikasa will pay Kiyomi visits, talk to her for a little bit, be there for her, but if Armin learns of Kiyomi being ill...he will beg his commanding officers to give him a day off to care for her.

Armin will lock himself in the same room as Kiyomi the entire day. He will check Kiyomi's temperature, he will give her medicine if she needs it, and he'll do whatever he needs to in order to help Kiyomi get better. After all, the sooner the better.

While Armin isn't treating Kiyomi of her illness, he will read her a book. He knows Kiyomi well, well enough to the point that he can read her like a open book. He's observed her, and he's come to take notice how Kiyomi loves to listen to his voice. Especially when he's reading a book.

So whenever Kiyomi is sick and bedridden, he will often read to her softly. Most of the time, she will fall asleep towards the end of the book. She often tries to fight sleep because she wants to keep listening to Armin, but she eventually gives in over time.

Whenever Armin isn't reading to Kiyomi, he will talk to her in a gentle and soft voice. Kiyomi will usually ask about how Armin's been doing as of late, along with how Eren and Mikasa has fared, and Armin would talk about it to Kiyomi for several minutes. And sometimes he'll even tell her about so-called places that exist in the outside world the two dreams to one day explore, such as the Ocean...

If Kiyomi and Armin happens to be a couple at the time, he will often smother Kiyomi with lots of kisses, because he knows she enjoys it. Kiyomi will panic and tell Armin while he's being innocently romantic, that she fears of getting Armin sick from all the hugs and kisses.

In the end, Armin will reassure Kiyomi that it will be fine, that he won't get sick. His words are so persuasive and insisting to Kiyomi's ears, she always ends up giving in and accepting Armin's love. Kiyomi loves hugs and cuddles. If Armin and Kiyomi are a loving couple, Armin will curl up with Kiyomi in bed, and he will hug her and allow her to cuddle against him, while allowing Kiyomi to rest her head on top him.

Most of the time afterwards, Armin won't get sick. He will usually remain as healthy as ever. But if he does happen to get sick, always, Kiyomi will be the next to treat and care for Armin. Whenever Kiyomi finally becomes better from being ill, she is always in a good, calm, and happy mood.

But if soon after becoming well, if any unfortunate events occur, or if people are constantly rude or bitchy to her, she may become a bit short tempered, or feel depressed. When that happens, she will likely avoid being around others as much as possible, and as long as she's finished up with her duties for the day, she unhappily locks herself in her dorm room within the Private Quarters.

But when she does lock herself in her room to be alone, she really doesn't want to be. Yes, she leaves into her room to avoid conflict and unnecessary hate and Drama, but really, she's lonely and yearns to be in the company of one she holds dear. Such as Armin, Eren, and Mikasa....or just Armin. ♥️

Usually if Armin encounters Kiyomi while she's feeling glum, he will sit down with her, talk to her about what's bothering her, and will try to cheer her up. But simply Armin being besides her was enough for her. Normally after being in Armin's company and talking to him in situations when she was bothered, her spirits will be raised back high right afterwards. Kiyomi always hates to get sick, but if she's stuck with Armin for an entire day, perhaps getting sick isn't so bad.
