Maja

I had gotten up the next day and after getting Dee ready for school and dropping him off I headed over to Dimitri's place. "Dimitri?" I called as I used my key to head in. "Dimitri I know you're here!" I yelled as I walked through his house. "Dimitris!" I snapped growing annoyed. "Stop yelling!" I heard him yell tiredly from upstairs. I watched as a disheveled slightly drunk Dimitri trudged down the stairs. "What?" He asked rudely as he walked past me.

"First of all where is our daughter? Second of all check your motherfucking tone when you speak to me. I just came over to check on you." I said. He looked at me. "I dropped Sami off at your mom's and I'm fine." He said. I looked around the living room to see he had things thrown all about. "You smell, your drunk, you look like you haven't shaved in at least two days and this place is a mess." "Maja—" He began. "I may not have liked Elaina, but I certainly didn't want her dead. She was your girlfriend and I just want to make sure you're okay." I said. he looked up at me with bloodshot eyes.

"Sit down." He said. I sat next worried. "A couple of days before Elaina disappeared, I found out she slept with Angelo." He said before looking at me. "I know," I said quietly. "You know?" He questioned. "Well did you know that my father was the one who told her to do so. I think he had something on her and she grew a conscious or something. I think she was going to come clean and he got rid of her." He said. "What makes you say that?" I asked. He stood.

"Because the night I found out that she slept with Angelo she got a call and I overheard her say his name. That was the last time I had seen her alive." He said. I looked at him. "Go clean yourself up. You're coming with me." I said.

Angelo

"I know the news about what happened with Elaina has left a lot of you all shocked. We'd like to send out our sincerest condolences her family and to any of you who were close to her." I said. "Due to the news, we will be closing the office this week to give you all time to mourn and grieve," Damon said. "With paid leave of course," I added.

"She told him everything?" I asked. "Mhm, Richard was behind everything like I thought," Maja said. "And why is he here?" I asked. "His girlfriend was just found dead in a ditch and when I found him he was passed out drunk." She said. "Angelo he has no one," Maja said. "At least no one who's stable." She added. I sighed. "Okay," I said walking into the living room with Maja trailing me before she stopped to go answer her phone. "I have a meeting with my uncle I need to get to. Are you two going to be okay?" Maja asked. "Yeah go ahead. Text me when you make it." I said kissing her. "Okay, you two be good." She said going to kiss Dimitri's cheek giving me a final wave before leaving. "You can stay here until we sort all of this shit out," I said. "But you can't be here openly drinking we have kids in out of this place," I added.

Dimitri looked at me. "I didn't ask for yall to do this." He said roughly. "No, you didn't but Maja cares about you and she wants to help you," I said. "Help me?" he scoffed. "How is having me up in here while you two prance around in front of me?" He asked. "She was your first love, I know you still love her and I know Maja still loves you," I said looking at him. "I know how you're feeling—" He scoffed. "You know how I'm feeling. What fuck could you possibly know about how I'm feeling?" He barked. "I lost Maja at one point too and it was the most miserable I had ever been so I can only imagine how much more intensely you're hurting." He rolled his eyes. I shook my head. "Look I don't like you but if Maja cares about you then there must be something there even if you are one of the biggest assholes I've ever met," I said standing. I turned to leave hearing him chuckle before I heard him turn the tv back up.

Omniscient

Maja was sitting in her uncle's office waiting for him to arrive. "I got your message about Richard what happened?" Andre said coming into the room. "Elaina told Dimitri everything before she was killed." Maja quickly blurted. Andre looked at his niece wide-eyed before he spoke. "What?" he said. "She told him that Richard planned everything but I don't have any proof and Dimitri's been drunk out of his mind the past couple of days so I doubt he'd make a very good witness," Maja said. "You have to let me try again with Richard." She added.
