Angelo and I were on the way to my doctor's office as he clutched my hand tightly. It was obvious to anyone who looked at him that he was tense and for me, I could see how nervous he was. "Angelo?" I called looking at him. "Hmm?" He hummed. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah are you okay?" He asked with a chuckle. "It's okay to be nervous," I told him wiggling my hand loose from his grip as he parked the car. Once we were parked, he turned and looked at me. "And it's okay to be happy," I said caressing his chin. "I know losing Eva was hard, but it happened because of this freak thing. You can be happy about this baby." I told him.

"I am happy, and I know it was a freak occurrence." He paused. "I don't know I've just constantly been in my head. You know?" He questioned. I looked at my watch. We were early so I figured now was as good a time as any to discuss. "Explain," I said. "We're at the same point in your pregnancy now that we were before we lost Eva. She'd be about to enter the world right if we hadn't lost her. Then on top of that, we're blessed with another baby." He said rubbing my belly.

"I am nervous but I'm happy too. It just so many what-ifs I have on top of all the anxiety and fear I have for this baby. And you." He said turning looking into my eyes. "Me?" I asked confused. "I almost lost you too MJ. Twice." He said. I had to look away from his intense gaze. We hadn't talked about my car accident or the emergency surgery I had. "Gelo—" "We can talk about this later, right now let's go see our baby boy." I rolled my eyes at that.

"Oh, hush. Baby boy?" I said smacking my lips earning a chuckle from him as he got out to open my door. "Honestly I wouldn't care if we had a girl or boy as long as they're healthy that's all that matters." He said kissing my lips sweetly. "Agreed but depending on which one we have it tips the balance at home," I said as we walked towards the doctor's office. He glanced at me. "Well, I can't imagine living in a house with three opinionated women." He said. "How do you think I'd feel about having a household with a bunch of boys. Especially cause you and Dem are athletes. I can't even imagine the smells." I said as I made a fake barf noise.

Angelo laughed shaking his head as he held the door open for me.

Angelo and I sat in the doctor's office waiting for my Aunt Marie to come check me out. "At my last check, up my Aunt Marie was out of town, so I had her partner check me out," I told Angelo. "I forgot to ask but your Aunt Marie. She's the one you have your middle name from?" Angelo asked. "Yeah she's my mom's big sister, she delivered me and Sami," I said. "And Penelope—" "Is from your great-grandma." Angelo smiled making my smile grow. "You remembered," I said. "Of course." He cheesed as my Aunt Marie came in smiling. "Hello, my love." She said hugging me tightly.

"Hey, Auntie," I said. "Hi, their dad." She said looking at Angelo making him smile. "So, I looked over your chart that Alicia did from your last visit and everything looked perfect." My aunt said. Angelo let out a breath which caused my aunt to look at him sympathetically. "Let's take a look at baby Lewis-Rossi." I laughed. "Actually, auntie it's just Rossi." I corrected. My aunt turned to look at me before I held my hand up. "Oh my God!" She cheered. "When did this happen. Jackie didn't even tell me." She said throwing out questions. "We just wanted something small, but after we have the baby and Mj's ready I plan to give her the wedding of her dreams," Angelo said looking at me with a sweet smile before kissing my temple. "Awww you two are too adorable. I can't handle it." My aunt gushed.

"Let me stop with all the waterworks." Mrs. Marie said. "Auntie?" MJ said. "Yes, darling?" "You can't go telling the family. This stays between us. If you want to gush about it, please do it with just momma." Maja pleaded. Mrs. Marie nodded her head. "Of course. I hear you loud and clear." She said smiling. "So, let's take a look at baby Rossi." Mrs. Marie cheesed.
