"I do," Maja said staring up at Angelo lovingly. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss your wife." The officiant said. Angelo smiled at Maja pulling her into his arms. She cupped his face pulling him down to meet her lips. She broke the kiss when our friends and family pulled out some sparklers and began cheering. Her smile grew even bigger. "I love you," Maja said before she kissed her husband once again.

After snapping several pictures, Angelo stood back watching Maja talk with her sisters, Angelo's sister, and both of their mothers surround her with love as Maja glowed beautifully. "You're a married man," Rocky said still in disbelief. Angelo turned to see his best friends, his brothers, and Dimitri standing behind him. Angelo smiled dapping my friends up happily. "It's only been like 20 minutes and it's the best decision I've ever made," Angelo said. "Alright which one of you are going to help us set out the food?" Angelo's mom asked walking with her arm locked with Ms. Jackie's. "We'll help." The guys said following them inside. They all walked inside leaving Angelo standing alone. He walked over to the spot he designated for him and Eva.

Over the months Angelo would come here every so often and just talk to her. For him it brought him comfort, it grounded him after they lost her. He sat on the bench his parents had put in and watched Maja as she was nothing but smiles. A gust of wind wrapped around him as he looked at her and he found himself smiling. He assumed it was Eva letting him know that she was here happy for her parents. He chuckled to himself dropping his head as his eyes watered. "Gelo?" Maja called softly.

He looked up at her and her face softened instantly. She sat next to him turning his face to look at her. She gently brushed away his tears before kissing his lips. She pressed her forehead against his sitting in silence for a moment. Another gust of wind wrapped around them this time causing some flower petals to swirl around them. "She's here," Angelo said with his eyes closed as the wind stayed consistent. Maja turned looking up at the moon seeing it shine brightly on them. "We love you, baby girl." Angelo heard Maja whisper as he looked at her. "Thank you for tonight." She said looking at him. "Thank you for everything. I've never been happier to know that I'm Mrs. Rossi" She smiled cupping Angelo's face.

He pressed his forehead against hers smiling. "I like the sound of that." He said kissing her. "Are yall going to stay out here all night?" Omar called. The newlyweds looked over at him laughing before they stood heading inside.

"I just want to say how absolutely proud of you I am." Angelo's father said. "I've watched you go through so much in your life and although you may have taken a couple of bad blows you always got back up." He continued. "I've watched you struggle but never falter and I couldn't be any prouder and hopeful your bright future." He added before he looked at Maja. "Maja I don't know what you did but you whipped my son into tip-top shape." He said causing the group to laugh. "Tia and I are honored to be able to call you family and my daughter." He said hugging his wife as they both lifted a glass towards the couple.

Maja's mother stood clearing her throat. "My baby. My sweet, sweet baby. I was always most concerned about you. But seeing you and Angelo together and all the people in this room who love and truly care about you I know you'll be okay." Ms. Jackie said tears in her eyes. "Angelo I will admit I was a little skeptical of you after that little incident in college." Angelo's eyes widened. "But since you've been back in my daughter's life you've been nothing but amazing for her. You've given me my beautiful daughter back and for that, you have my respect." She said. "I am more than happy to call you, your brothers and sister, and your wonderful parents' family. I wish nothing but love and blessings for both of you." She said holding her glasses up.
