THIS CHAPTER IS GONNA BE A LITTLE LONG AND A ROLLERCOASTER OF EMOTIONS!! ENJOY THE CHAPTER AND THIS WILL GET GORY!
(Adrian's POV)
I yelled out in agony. I torture was currently using a drill on my eye. The machine ripped the organ apart and continued to drill, he stopped when it got close to my brain.
He pulled out the tool and my eye had already started to heal. "Hmm... Something is different about you. You don't seem the same" You're damn right, Asshole.
I glared at him and smirked, "Maybe I should just kill that Spiky haired brat. I gotta say, his head would go well with my next sculpture"
I growled at him, "I'll rip your head off..." I'm willing to kill him. But...
Maybe we should...
He walked to the cabinet, pulling out another syringe, but filled it with a blue liquid. It wasn't the same drug he's been using.
"Maybe a trip to the deepest depths of your mind might give you some perspective" Why?...
Why do I need a new perspective?...
Because we all know, you won't kill him when you get the chance. You're too soft...
Leo walked up to me, stabbing me in the eye again, the needle was inserted into my brain, my body could only spasm.
"Have fun~" he cooed, walking out the door.
My body was fine, but something was off.
I kept closing my eyes to gain some bearings, my head was spinning.
My eye eventually closed, then I heard a droplet of something drip onto a liquid. The sound repeated and seemed endless.
I opened my eyes and I was still sitting in the chair, but I was in a different room. My legs were submerged in liquid, it was liquid and it slithered between my toes.
Blood...
What's the point?
"WHAT'S THE FUCKING POINT!"
My voice echoed far, my frustration was evident in my tone. Then I felt a cold breath on my neck. I tensed, "There is no point..." Mom...
"You see... The way you live is totally pointless. What did your father teach you?..."
Her voice was surprisingly soothing but held cunning intent. "He taught you that's it's better to take the pain and never dish it out. That if you suffer, then maybe the people you care about can live peacefully..."
"H-He never..."
My mother got in my face, covering my mouth. "He didn't need to use words. Just by watching him, you learned to never hurt those without thought. Never take without asking. That bonds are what keep you going"
I stayed silent...
"You want to save that boy, don't you? Well, your father's dumb philosophy isn't gonna help you" I frowned, she's right.
"So... Are you gonna sit here and take all that pain? Or are you gonna show Leo the wrath of what a True Perfect Vessel can do?"
I looked forward, into her eyes. Those eyes... The same eyes Leo has. My teeth clenched, I glared into her soul.
Those eyes have caused me so much pain. I hate those eyes! I'll kill anyone who has those eyes!
I moved my index finger, cracking it with my thumb. Snapping the bone, it healed instantly. The pain was meaningless.
