"Hurry up. We're gonna be late" I hear my Dad calling from downstairs. "Coming!" I call back. That man can sometimes have no patience.

I quickly scurried downstairs, into the kitchen, catching a piece of toast that shot out of the toaster. See I'm organized... Okay, maybe not organized, but at least make it seem that I am.

Not organized at all

I made my way outside the front door. My Dad insisted to drive me to school. I just hope he doesn't embarrass me... Oh god. He is, isn't he?

We both got in the car, him obviously in the driver's seat, wearing a dark formal suit for work as a teacher, that was fitted to his size. It was just off being black, still grey on the color spectrum. It fitted nicely with his naturally short white hair and light stubble.

While I was wearing the U.A uniform and blazer. My father tried to get me to wear the tie, but I completely refused. Even after he tried to chase me through the house last night.

We both sat in the car, listening to the radio. My father humming along to the music, eventually getting me to join in. He never failed to put a smile on my face. I not afraid to admit that I truly love my Dad.

As he was driving, I caught myself staring out the window, watching the fields and forest disappear, as the city came into view. The sight was both welcoming and terrifying. I guess I've grown accustomed to waking up to fresh air and the smell of nature.

Soon enough we reached the campus of U.A, "You can drop me off here..." I offered. My Dad gained a suspicious smile. Oh no...

He continued to drive, all the way up to the entrance. Parking the car, right near one of the main entrances. I quickly tried to escape. I knew what he was trying to pull. I struggled with the door, falling out of the car. "Bye Dad..." I muttered and started walking away, already getting odd looks.

Then my father beeped the horn of the car. Everyone had officially stopped to look at the commotion. At me.

I heard the window of the vehicle whined down. "Adrian...Say it" he called out. I turned back with discomfort and embarrassment. "Not now..." I pleaded. "Say it! I...lo..." that bastard. He was coaching me through say it. "I'm not leaving till you do" he declared.

I sighed. "Do I hav-", "Say it." He interrupted. "Please don't ma-", "Wrong again" he smugly stated. I sighed, he wasn't gonna leave without me saying it. "Love you, Dad! Byeee" I waved with exasperation. "I know you can do better" he gave a hearty chuckle. I grunted in embarrassment. "I love you Dad!" I called out with a smirk. "Love you too! Have a fantastic first day! My baby boy is growing up so fast!" He called out starting to drive away. I'm gonna get him back for that I swear to whatever twist God that is watching. "I hate you" I bluntly stated, knowing I still love him. I could hear his hearty laugh as he drove away.

I turned around with my backpack and sighed. This was going to be a long year.

I started walking and everyone was smirking or laughing. I made my eyes turn red and glared making some people shiver and step away, before making them blue again. That's right bitches, I'm not only father's son. But unfortunately my mother's son as well.

People gave me room to walk and I took the chance to go to class. Along the way, I saw a familiar fluff of ash-blonde. Bakugo...

I approached him quietly, he held a casual scowl to the world around him. couldn't help smile at his closed demeanor. But his shadow made me frown. It was a reminder of last week when he stayed tonight on the pull out couch bed.

(Flashback)

I jolted awake, my breath heavy and sweat rolling down my face. I took a shaky breath and pulled myself from my bed. I peered around my dark empty room.
