I stood on the building, my eyes glared at the shadow wrapped around the building. Enji was mid-air, eyeing the Nomu who attacked us. "Hikaru! You better not be dead!" He aggressively said with the flames coating his body burning harshly.
"No! Barely a scratch!" I watch the wound on my side slowly heal. Damn it, this is a shadow, my healing is slowed. Unless, I use that... No, I promised I would never go down that road. My hands clenched into a fist, the light course through me. My irises started glowing like the sun.
"Hikaru..." It sounded like a snake, the shadow slithered around the building, its head was practically unnoticed as it moved. "Get away from the building!" I yelled, shooting off in a bolt of light. I zipped across the street an up the building. At the same time, Enji fought the High End Nomu.
The windows shattered as I blasted upwards, my destructive abilities not held back. This shadow might need more than the usual power needed. I saw Enji get slammed through the building, his body spun was flames were released, shaped as blades.
I jumped forward, my fights summoning a fine blade of light. The Shadow threw out a massive claw, the two of us collided, both attacks gained enough backlash to blast us both back. The shadow reeled into itself, hissing from the attack. I however was throw to the street below, creating a small crater.
With a groan, I slowly pulled myself to my feet, I became a bolt of light, shooting down the street, firing rapid shot of condensed light. Every shot exploded, shaking the city block. I saw the shadow roar with furosity, pushing off the building, taking chase.
The building it was attached to started falling, "Hawks! Save the civilians!" I yelled as I lured the beast away. The dirty blonde man shook off the shock and started saving people. I ran through the block, firing missiles of light. The creature continued to roar as it crashed through the street, I was trying to keep it away from the people, this only made fighting harder.
Cars, light posts, buildings, all were subjected to the onslaught. I eventually saw a couple walk along the sidewalk, I was forced to push them out of the way, getting directly slammed into the road. As I attempted to get up, I was crushed again.
The pain ripped through me as it clawed at my back. "N-No! Photon! Get up!" I heard one of the people I just saved yell. My body got slammed once more, this time I conjured constructs of solid, sharp light. The creature's hand was impaled by the light allowing me to roll out of the way.
That was my Photo-Pincushion...

I held my side, blood slowly seeped out of the open wound. The vision in my right eye was blurred from the warm blood dripping from my eyebrow. "Shit..." I cursed under my breath. "You two!" I shouted to the couple, "Run!" The guy who initially screamed nodded, pulling the young woman from the ground, away from the battle.
The creature finally free itself and snarled with rage, "That's right... Keep your eyes on me" I saw a massive explosion in the air, Enji sliced the skyscraper into pieces. I channelled my quirk into my body, I pushed forward, throwing a massive light infused punch into the creature.
