Niall is papa
Liam is daddy

Harry is 16
Zayn is 7

It was a sunday afternoon, Harry was watching TV in his room with Louis and Zayn was watching Liam cooking.

Niall was chilling on the couch, cuz yea he couldn't really do anything. he had knee surgery 2 months ago and although things were going better, he still had to take it easy.

when he saw that Liam was not able to cook in peace because Zayn asked him things every time he suggested to take their son outside in the backyard, to which Liam did not say no of course.

So he took zayn with him and let him pick something to play with until dinner was ready. Soon enough the boy came hobbling towards niall, a ball in his hands.

Even though niall rather not played football with him he couldn't resist the puppy dog eyes of zayn so he agreed.

Everything went fine until zayn accidentaly lost his balence and niall catched him, twisting his knee in the wong way. he fell to the ground and grabbed his knee. Zayn had noticed that this was no good and had rushed in to get Liam.

Niall closed his eyes in pain and tiredness. (Is that a word?😂)  after what seemed to take hours, he felt a hand on his shoulder "are you alright love?" It was liam.

Niall nodded "is okay, just a bit painfull" he said, taking liam's hand to stand up. Liam saw niall struggling so he lifted him up and carried him to the couch.

Harry came down that moment followed by louis "what happened?" He asked, seeing his father in pain. Liam turned around "zayn was playing outside with ur father and when zayn fell he catched him, twisting his knee" he explained what he heard from his son.

"Its not his fault, i just couldn't resist his face with that smile when he wanted to play football" niall said, eyes still shut.

"Can we do anything?" Harry asked. Liam nodded "zayn ran to his room, can you guys go and comfort him until i helped papa?" Harry and louis nodded and made their way to harry's little brother.

"Im going to get some ice for you yea? Its going to bruise, dont think there is something wrong" liam told him and got some ice along with some pills for the pain. "Here" he handed over the pills and gave him a cup of water.

Liam picked up the ice pack and placed it on Niall's knee, making him hiss from the cold feeling "sorry love but i dont want it to swell up more"

"Its alright, thanks" he got himself comfortable on the couch and liam sat next to him. They watched some tv, knowing harry would come downstairs with zayn once they had a nice chat.

and he was right when 10 minutes later the 3 boys came downstairs, zayn on louis' hip. He placed the boy carefully on nialls lap, making sure to not touch his knee in any way.

"Sorry papa, i didnt mean to do it and lou and hazzie told me its not my fault, that things like that happen" he said, looking at louis and harry.

Niall kissed his son's temple "thats right buddy, it was just a accident. And papa is alright now" he told him.

The rest of the evening went pretty chill and they ended up ordering some pizza. After all niall luckily was fine....
