A different kind of story

Let me tell you a story.

Not like my other ones.

Probably the most important story in this book.

Two hearts. Both are healthy and beating. They're exactly the same.

The hearts belong to bodies. Same bone. Same flesh. Same organs.

Both bodies are human. They have brothers, sisters, moms, dads, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Both have the same feelings: angry, sad, happy, confused.

Now what if I told you one of these bodies had dark skin and the other had light skin. Doesn't change anything else about them. They are human. They have feelings. They have friends. They have family. They have hearts. You wouldn't even know they were different if I didn't tell you.

So why does one body get treated different?

Why does the one body have to fear for their life?

Why does the one body get called names?

Why does the one body have to be ashamed of who they are?

There's no good answer is their.

So if you're against black rights please unfollow me. Because I'm black and I have the same rights as anyone else.

Thank you.
