OLIVIA'S POV:
I woke up in a hospital bed, my leg and arm tightly bandaged up. I looked to my left and saw Mattia sleeping in an armchair, he looked uncomfortable.
The door opened and Alejandro and Kairi walked in. They both had Starbucks in their hands and handed me a brown paper bag full of breakfast muffins and drinks. Alejandro had a bright smile on his face, Kairi not so much."How are you?" asked Alejandro, giving me a gentle hug. I smiled and hugged him back.
"I'm okay, just in a bit of pain" I said. They both nodded, looking at Mattia who was still fast asleep.
"Did he stay here all night?" I asked them.
"We tried to get him to come home but he insisted on staying here with you" shrugged Kairi. I smiled warmly at the thought of it.
"How's Giancomo?" I asked reluctantly. Alejandro looked at Kairi.
"He's not doing too good" said Alejandro. I raised my eyebrows for a second but then shrugged my shoulders. A part of me wanted to care but I was still disrespected. So it wasn't my problem anymore.
"Anyway, we'll see you guys at home" said Alejandro, standing up with Kairi. I bid them goodbye before tucking into my breakfast. I sat up and looked at Mattia who was slowly starting to wake up.
"Hey Clyde" I said, watching him smile as he stretched out.
"So the nicknames are catching on, I see" he said, leaning forward and taking a breakfast sandwich out of the bag as he left a kiss on the side of my head. I laughed and nodded my head, taking out the latte with my name on it.
"Did you manage to get any sleep last night?" he asked, becoming serious.
"I did, the medicines they gave me knocked me out"
Mattia nodded his head slowly, a frown appearing on his face as he placed the sandwich on the wrapper. I reached out and took ahold of his chin, slowly pulling his face towards me so I had his full attention.
"Baby I'm good" I said firmly. He gave me a small smile, but his shoulders deflated a little.
"I know, I know" he said, leaning back in the chair.
"I'm sorry for ever letting it get that far, though"
"Just work on your aim" I mumbled, smirking to myself. He leaned forward again, narrowing his eyes at me as I made a poor attempt of hiding behind my latte.
"Work on my aim?"
"Yes!" I snapped, keeping a smile on my face "you fired so many shots and not one of them hit the soldier"
Mattia's eyes went wide as he looked at me hysterically.
"I was trying not to get you!"
"Well, you sucked" I said, laughing to myself. Mattia shook his head whilst putting the trash away.
"Fine, when we get home you're gonna train with Alejandro" he said, coming to sit by me again. I tilted my head at him, as if I didn't hear him right.
"Are you blind?" I said, gesturing towards my bandages. He shrugged, putting his feet up on the bed as he pulled his phone out.
"You can shoot with your left arm"
