Will was trying something new. Specifically, pick up lines. Nico found it cute at first but after a week it got bothersome. Nico was laying by the lake with his feet in the water when Will came up.
"Did it hurt?" he asked. Nico rolled his eyes having heard this one before.
"When I fell from heaven? I thought we agreed I crawled out-" Will cut off Nico.
"No, that's not it," Will grinned.
"What?" Nico sat up next to his boyfriend.
"Did it hurt when you fell for me?" Will smirked and tangled their hands together. Nico was speechless. That was a new one.
"Yeah, yeah it did," Nico said honestly. He kissed Will on the cheek and the pair laid by the lake.
"I love you," Will said. Nico squeezed Will's hand.
"I love you too."
Short but I saw it and couldn't resist.
