You sat in the common room with Kaydence and Draco, Draco was laying down with his head on your lap. Your hair gently ran through his soft blonde hair, Kaydence sat across from the two of you on the other couch. She had a book in front of her and the egg sat on the table in the middle of all the couches.
"Y/n, tell me the stupid riddle again." Kaydence mumbled, frowning.
"Come seek us where our voices sound." You said, saying the first part.
"The black lake, that's obvious." She mumbled, "The second part?"
"An hour long you'll have to look." Draco mumbled, tiredly.
"Again obvious, but slightly problematic." Kaydence said, sighing as she set the book down.
"Slightly problematic? When was the last time you held your breath under the water for an hour Kay?" You asked, sighing deeply.
"Well, there are a few ways. There's gilly weed, but I have no clue where we could find that." Kaydence grumbled.
"What about the bubble head charm?" Draco suggested.
"That's an advanced spell...."Kaydence said.
Before any of you could continue the conversation, Snape entered the common room. You looked up "Afternoon Professor." You said, "What can we do for you?"
"Professor Mcgonagall would like to see mister Malfoy in her office." Snape said dryly.
Draco sat up confused "What, why? The second task is only hours away, can you tell her I'm in the middle of helping her or something?" Draco asked.
"This is not up for debate Mister Malfoy, go speak with professor Mcgonagall now." Snape said.
Draco sighed, he gave you a kiss on the cheek "I'll see you later. Okay?" He asked.
You nodded "Alright." You muttered.
Both Draco and Snape left, you looked back at Kaydence and sighed running you hand down your face. You where stressed, and genuinely terrified for this task.
"Y/n, we need to practice that charm. We have a few hours before the second task, that should give us enough time." She said.
You sighed and nodded "Okay, whats the wand movement and incantation for the charm?" You questioned.
"The incantation is Sanuspirantes." Kaydence said.
