You sat in the great hall at the Slytherin table with Kaydence, she was stuffing her face with food. While you absentmindedly poked at the food in front of you, and empty look on your face. Today was quidditch tryouts for Gryffindor, and Kaydence was dragging you there to watch. Even if you wanted to just stay in your room, being sad.
Harry had sent you a letter early this morning, he had explained everything and the conversation he had with Dumbledore. You didn't really care, but apparently now you had to try and get close with Slughorn. So you could figure out what Tom Riddle had asked him about, some information. Again you didn't care. But you told Harry you'd do your best to help.
"Y/n, come on eat." Kaydence pressed.
"I'm not hungry." You mumbled.
"Y/n you haven't eaten for two days!" Kaydence exclaimed, causing half the Slytherin table to look at you and your bestfriend. Including him.
You looked at her "I'm just not hungry right now, I'll eat at dinner or something." You said, standing up and walking away.
𓆙 Third person
"Y/n you haven't eaten for two days!" Kaydence exclaimed.
Draco's head snapped up, and he looked over at Y/n. She looked sick. Her skin was slightly paler then normal, and he could see the sad look in her e/c eyes. Draco's heart clenched at the sight.
'She's not eating.' He thought, guilt washing over him.
He of course still loved Y/n, he never stopped. He had no choice but to break up with her, if he didn't he would kill her and himself. And he couldn't let that happen. He would never forgive himself. Draco watched as Y/n walked out of the great hall, and he looked to Kaydence who was glaring at him.
It was no surprise that she knew, he was surprised he hadn't been strangled by the girl yet. Shamefully he looked away, looking down at his lap. Suddenly a hand touched his arm, and hopefully he looked over to see who it was. But that hope instantly vanished. He hoped, and expected Y/n. But instead he got Parkinson.
"Dracy, are you okay?" Pansy asked.
Draco glared at her "Don't touch me." He snapped, standing up and storming away from her.

Later on you sat in the Gryffindor stands with Hermione and Kaydence. You where there cheering on Ron. You had a bored look on your face, and Hermione seemed to notice.
