HARRY'S POV

"Enough," Hermione said. I looked up from the diary I was just reading. Everyone had tears in their eyes. "Don't read anymore." Ginny said. I clenched my fist and slammed the diary shut. "Harry, you can't be mad at her. Not anymore." Hermione said. "I'm not. I want to kill Nathan. He let that happen to her. 4 years. 4 years she was ra-" I started. I couldn't finish the sentence. My voice cracked. "It's alright mate." Ron said. "No it's not. She tried to save me. She went through all of that and still tried to help me. And How do I repay her, by blaming everything on her." I said. "You didn't know." Ginny said. 'None of us did." Ron added. "I never even asked her what happened. I just hated her." I said. Ginny hugged me. "It's ok. We can fix this." she said. Just then the portrait opened. My head whipped up and there she stood. I'm sorry Camilla.

CAMILLA'S POV

They all stared at me as Harry stood up. My heart was pounding as he walked over to me. He had a different look in his eyes. Then he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a tight embrace. I froze. My arms were stiff at my side. "I'm sorry Camilla." he whispered. My eyes watered as he stepped back. "What?" I asked, shocked at him.

Then I saw it...My leather diary in his hand. "You read it?" I exclaimed. I grabbed it from his hands. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done it." Harry said. "We thought that you had another task from your father." Ron said. "Yeah, We had no idea." Ginny said. I stepped back. "Please Camilla, we're really sorry." Harry said. Tears filled my eyes. They know everything. I backed up shaking my head. "I did everything you said. I left you alone, I moved out of the dorms, I don't eat breakfast, lunch or dinner so guys can be in there without having to sit at the same table as me. I rush in and out of classes so you never have to see more of me than absolutely necessary. Why wasn't that enough?" I asked. "Please can we just talk." Harry asked. "No, you don't need to feel bad for me. I deserve everything that happened ok? Just pretend this never happened and go back to hating me." I said and I ran out. I slammed the door to the storage closet and tears streamed down my face. I threw my diary into my trunk and slammed it closed.

An hour or two later, the door handle shook. I shut my eyes and prayed it wasn't Filch. "Alohomora" a voice mumbled and the door opened. I looked up to see Harry standing there. "Go away Harry." I said quietly. He walked in and shut the door. He sat next to me and I scooted over. "I never should have read your diary." he said. I nodded. "I know why you did it. I don't blame you." I said. He looked surprised. "It just doesn't make a difference. I still did what my father said." I said. "But it was you who left the notes telling me not to compete or giving me ideas on defensive spells and stuff, and you tried to warn me." he said. "So..." I said. "So, it's not your fault." he said. My head snapped up and I looked into his green eyes. "It's not your fault Cam. You were just trying to keep your brother alive. If I had a brother, I would do the same thing you did." he said. "But Cedric-" I started. "Cedric died because of your brother. You two loved each other. I honestly think Voldemort would have killed him whether he knew you or not." he said. I just nodded as a tear fell. "I'm sorry Cam. We never even asked you your side. I was angry and I took it out on you. It wasn't fair." he said. "It's ok Harry. I understand. If it makes you feel any better, there's no way any of you guys hated me as much as I hated myself." I said. "So are you...ok?" he asked. I didn't say anything. "4 years. Did that really happen for 4 years?" he asked. I nodded, wiping away tears. "Cam, you should have told me." he said. "What? Hey Harry, just so you know my dads Voldemort and he tortures me and lets his death eaters rape me and my brother is an abusive psychopath." I said. He just looked at me. "Is that what you want me to say? Or do you want details?" I asked standing up. I was angry. About everything. I could feel my blood boiling. "Cam I-" he started. "It doesn't matter Harry. None of it matters. Ok? They did it. You know you can't change anything." I yelled. He stared at me. "I'm sorry, I just- I'm sorry" I said. My voice cracked. He pulled me into his arms and we sunk to the floor. I cried in his arms until I couldn't anymore. He just rubbed my back and held me. "I'm here now. We are all going to be here for you." he said. Eventually, I looked up at him and he wiped my cheeks. "Let's go," he said, putting everything into my trunk. "Where?" I asked. "Cam, you aren't sleeping here anymore. You are going back with Mione and Ginny." he said. I shook my head. "I can't." I said grabbing my trunk. "Why?" he asked. I was silent. "Cam?" he asked. "Because...I get nightmares. I wake up screaming most nights. I have to silence the room." I said staring at the floor. He sighed. "Oh Cam" he said. "It's fine." I said. He shook his head. "No, Hermione and Ginny won't mind. They might be able to help." he said grabbing my trunk and dragging it down the hall. "Harry!" I exclaimed. "Not listening, now come on," he said. We walked into the common room and they all looked at us. "Is everything ok?" Hermione asked. Harry nodded. I smiled and nodded too. Hermione and Ginny got up and hugged me. "I'm sorry Cam," they said. "I'm sorry too." I said. I hugged Ron and Fred and George and I felt ok. "I won't let Nathan touch you ever again." Harry said. I smiled and hugged him. I knew he couldn't do that. Nathan would always hurt me. But I wasn;t going to tell Harry when he did. It would just make Harry mad and he might confront Nathan and that would put him in danger. I brought my trunk back to our dorm and we got ready for bed. "Harry told us about your nightmares." Ginny said. "Ginny!" hermione scolded. She sat next to me on the bed. "It's ok. If it happens, we'll be right here." she said. I smiled. "Thanks guys. I don't deserve you." I said. "You do Cam, you deserve a lot better than what you've been given. I wish you knew that." Hermione said. I just nodded. Then we all laid down and went to bed. I had my friends back. Like I said... the most unexpected thing ever.
