long story short, gryffindor won the quidditch game.

marina wanted to visit stella, but she knew she needed her alone time so she just went back to the common room with amelia, hayden, and laura.

marina was twirling around the common room, her dress flowing around, hayden was sewing a pink and white scarf, laura was painting a picture of the night time sky, occasionally asking marina a question about a constellation, adding details to all the stars, and amelia was reading a book next to the fireplace.

"marina, what does the draco constellation look like?" laura asked as she dipped her paintbrush in a cup of water. "it has fourteen main stars, but i can't exactly describe it." marina said thoughtfully, walking over to the girls.

"here, i have a piece of parchment, just sketch it." hayden said, putting down her scarf and digging into her bag.

marina quickly drew it and handed the parchment to laura, who thanked her and began painting once more.

"tell me about it so i can get some inspiration." laura said as she dipped her paintbrush into the white paint. "it's located in the northern celestial hemisphere, the name is derived from the latin term draconem, meaning "huge serpent", and the constellation literally snakes its way through the northern sky." marina informed everyone, hopping over the couch and landing in between laura and hayden.

"how do you know so much about astronomy?" amelia asked in amazement. marina shrugged. "my parents love it, so they've pretty much taught me everything." she said.

"why didn't you take astronomy then? you would have aced it." hayden said. marina bit her lip. she had only ever told stella about what happened in her second year. "just figured since i wouldn't be learning anything, there was really no point in taking it." she lied.

the others seemed satisfied with her answer, so they went back to doing their things. "i need to return this book, anyone want to come?" amelia asked after a little while, slamming her book shut.

"i need to return a book as well." marina said, grabbing the astronomy book with writing from her bag and following amelia out of the common room.

"do you think stella is upset about the loss?" amelia asked as they made their way down the corrdidor. "yeah, but she wants me to leave her alone when she's upset, she doesn't want to lash out on me." marina said, shrugging. amelia nodded, and they walked in silence the rest of the way.

once they reached the library, they quickly wrote their names down on the parchment labeled "return", and went to go put their books back. since amelia's was a herbology book and marina's was an astronomy book, they went separate ways.

marina quickly put her book back and turned around to leave, and as the was turning the corner, she ran straight into someone.

"shit, i'm sorry." she said. she looked up to the person who she bumped into, and to her unpleasant surprise, remus lupin was staring down at her in disgust. "watch where you're going, phoenix." he snapped, walking by her. "sod off!" marina said after him, marching away to find amelia.

remus rolled his eyes and went down the astronomy section, running his hands along the book spines until he found the book he was looking for.

he quickly pulled it out, took a quick look around, and flipped it open. he quickly went to the blank page, the page he had written on. to his surprise, someone had written back.

no. fear the werewolf, not the person.
