The episode takes the team in the local neighborhood and they notice the next-door chicken coop and decide to steal some eggs. But the residents of the coop protect the eggs, but what the Banana Splits didn't know they would also be protecting the coop from other dangerous egg thieves like Xavier the black cat and Floyd the fox who turned and started being a villain again.
But the team start to visit Squeaks' tree hole in the old oak.
Bingo: Hi, Squeaky!
Bon Bon: What are the afternoon news?
Squeaks: I'll tell you... For a few pine nuts.
Drooper: Ok. (Grabs nuts for Squeaks and gives them to her)
Squeaks: So I heard the house a block down has finally finished building the henhouse and there's and lots of chickens have settled down.
Fleegle: Chickens?!?! When there are chickens, there's eggs!
Hootie: Oh man! We can make an omelette or a quiche or sunny side up!
Harmony: And all of the drumsticks we can eat! (Slurping)
Amy: Just talking about eggs and chickens is making me hungry! Mhmm!
Finally the team make the decision to try and steal a few eggs from the chicken coop.
Then they climb over the fence, but the hens are ready to defend the house.
Hen #1: The sensors picking up multiple hostiles, Maria.
Maria: Secure the perimeter! Defend the coop to the last hen!
They deployed rotten egg launchers and they throw them at the team's faces.
Harmony: Ew! Rotten eggs on my face!
Bingo: I don't even know what you're complaining about. These eggs are not even that rotten. (Chomps)
Snorky: (Honks uneasy and sick)
Amy: Bingo, that's disgusting!
Bingo: It tastes fine to me.
Drooper: Hey, banana breath! You want to focus?
Bingo: Sheesh!
Fleegle: Are you kidding me? We will not give up so easily! We just need a new plan.
Hootie: maybe I can fly above the coop then grab from upside. That way the flock won't be able to see me coming.
She was more than eager to fly up to grab the eggs with her talons.
All: Careful, Hootie!
She then flies to the coop from above but the flock have aerial support.
Maria: Fire the corn husks!
The corn husks fly towards Hootie and hit her wings.
Hootie: Ow! Stop it! Ahh!! Mayday! Mayday! Bird going down!
She crashes into Fleegle and Amy to the ground and tries to bring herself up.
Amy and Fleegle: Oof!!
Hootie: Sorry guys.
Amy: Great! Now I have owl feathers in my mouth! (Sputters)
Fleegle: Your feathers are making me sneeze! Achoo!
Meanwhile Xavier is scourging around the trash bins for food.
Xavier: What's a cat gotta do to find some grub around here, huh?
Floyd goes into the alley way and sees him going through the bins.
Floyd: Ugh! Harmony the wannabe cat is here.
