"Why do we gotta keep on going through this? Jazz, I gotta go. This is not that shawty. You gotta tighten up." I said as I put my shoes on and threw my hoodie on as well.
"So let me get this straight, you stopped fuckin with me and go to her. You'll raw dog her, knock her up and all. But you hitting me with condoms left and right or you make sure you're pulling out before it even comes. So I'm good enough to fuck but not to be your girl or carry your child. Really Justin?" she said. I picked up my phone and put it in my pocket to leave as I put my watch on.
"Yall are different. Stop comparing yourself to my ex for real. Damn you talk about her so much I wonder who dated Dom, me or you. Damn! It's like I told you before, this is what you threw at me so this is what you get. Chill the fuck out my baby." I said as I started down her stairs and on my way out the door.
"I'm done Jay. I'm not about to keep doing this." she said to me.
"Do what you gotta do." I said as I hopped in the car and headed to the warehouse. If I wasn't sober before, that whole situation definitely knocked out any chance of me being drunk or high. I really couldn't even say why I even went back to fuckin with Jazz, but she knew how to make a bad situation worse. I got to the warehouse and went right inside. I walked to the back to join the crew at the table. Only Charles, Iris, and Riek were there thus far. "What's good yall?" I said walking in and sitting down. "What's good brody?" Riek said.
"I can't call it." I said to him.
"You look like a brand new nigga compared to a few hours ago." Charles said to me. Man...I was gone earlier.
"Yall know me. I show up correct when I need to." I said reassuring them I'm cool with everything we have to accomplish.
"What's up yall?" Tony said walking in and sitting down at the table too.
"What's good bruh?" Iris said to him.
"Shit, yall know me." he said calmly.
"So we're just missi..." Riek started as Martin walked in the room. "...no one." Riek finished and we laughed a little.
"We all accounted for." Mar said as he took a seat too. "Anybody know what's up with this?" he asked and we all shook our heads because we never knew.
"Well we all were here on time though, so at least we don't have that as an issue." Iris said as we nodded to agree.
"Alright kiddos, I'll make this short and sweet..." Widow said walking in the room suddenly. He tapped on the door and then in walked his bodyguards with bags with 6 bags and dropped them on the floor. "...Complete this mission and enjoy your vacation. Congrats graduates and rockstar." he said before he exited the room. Charles got up and looked at the bags and they were all labeled with our names and shit and he passed them out. We opened the bags together and found that he was relieving us from missions until October unless something came up before then. There was definitely a healthy portion of money in there along with product and each of us had a lockbox. We knew it was a gun in there for sure.
"Wow...I never expected this. Not this soon anyway." Riek said.
"Yeah you put in real work quick with no mistakes. You deserve it." Mar told him. We all went and placed the bags in our perspective vehicles before we returned and suited up for this next mission. Blacked out. Black pants, black hoodie, black face masks.
"No face, no case." I said as we all looked around at each other for real.
"Facts! Let's roll." Charles said as we all headed for the truck. We hopped in and everyone started to prepare their weapons and everything as we drove out to West End and got prepared to take this cat Angelo for everything he got and I mean everything. This was probably the wildest trip we've ever been on, but it came with a hefty reward in the end. So we were willing to risk it all. As we pulled closer and closer, we all hopped out one by one and quietly but quickly surrounded this cat's spot. We had to move differently on this one because we had to be so prepared for shit to go wrong. Me and Riek was at the back door making sure no one could creep out the crib while everyone else rushed the front. We heard a lot of banging, clanking, and a couple shots but never got a signal that we were needed but we stayed ready. I looked down at my watch and saw it had been 4 minutes so I gave Riek the signal and he knew to go grab the truck as I started to back away as I saw them come back out the front with bags and running. I let them go in front of me and I kept my gun drawn as I ran backwards from the spot. Just then I seen a person come out with a gun and I instantly shot and saw him go down just before I got around the corner and dove in the truck as Riek peeled off. We drove a few blocks as we all stripped out of our black and changed in the car and then hopped into another car. While we were all secure in the other vehicle, Mar went ahead and torched the truck with all of our all black in there and we headed back to the city.
"Everybody good?" Mar asked and we all looked around at each other and started checking ourselves because with adrenaline, you never know. We were all good though. "We're clear." Charles said as we all confirmed. Mar was probably always the calm one in a time of panic, so he was always the getaway driver. It gave us our sense of relief after all this. I couldn't wait to crash after this day.
