Tyranitar's Tantrum

         An exhausted looking Mitch and Quilava walk out of a large forest and into a small grassland with a few few trees scattered throughout it.  " Ecruteak City can wait, I say we take a break here before we collapse from exhaustion," a panting Mitch says as Quilava mumbles a " La, Lava," in agreement. " Well than, I hope you don't mind some company," a voice from the clearing shouts. Mitch looks up and sees that a girl with long blond hair, a black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown hiking boots is relaxing in the clearing alongside her Pokémon, one of which is a Clefairy whilst the other five are ones that Mitch has never seen before.

           " Morty was tough, but once I brought out Tyranitar over there, the fight was pretty much done," Ella, the name of the trainer, says whilst pointing at the large dinosaur-like Pokémon that is currently having a staredown with Mitch's Scizor and Heracross. " Tyranitar, the Armor Pokémon, a Rock and Dark-type, the evolved form of Pupitar and the final evolved form of Larvitar, Tyranitar is so overwhelmingly powerful that it can bring down an entire mountain to make its nest. This Pokémon wonders around the mountains seeking new opponents to fight," Mitch's Pokedex says as he uses it on the colossal Pokémon. He then uses it on Ella's other Pokémon. " Bayleef, the Leaf Pokémon, a Grass-type, the evolved form of Chikorita, a spicy aroma emanates from around its neck. The aroma acts as a stimulant to restore health. Smeargle, the Painter Pokémon, a Normal-type, it marks its territory by using its tail like a paintbrush. There are more than 5000 different marks. Smoochum, the Kiss Pokémon, an Ice and Psychic-type, it tests everything by touching with its lips, which remember what it likes and dislikes. Sunkern, the Seed Pokémon, a Grass-type, they may suddenly fall out of the sky in the morning. In the year following a cold summer, their population explodes."  

       Mitch puts his Pokedex away and watches as Quilava, Noctowl, and Phanpy play with Ella's Pokémon whilst Croconaw takes a nap under the shade of a nearby tree. " Sci, Sci, Scizor, Zor," " Hera, Cross, Cross, Hera, Heracross," the two of them shout as they run up to Mitch while shoving each other and pointing at Tyranitar. " Ok, Ok, I get it, you both want to battle Tyranitar, but it would be unfair if you fought it at the same time, so I'll let Scizor battle it and then after Ella heals it up, Heracross can battle it," Mitch says as Heracross angrily crosses its arms and Scizor punches the air in celebration. " You and Tyranitar up for a battle," Mitch says as Ella glances over at Tyranitar. " Tarrr," it eagerly grins while nodding its head at her. " You're on," Ella says as everyone gets to their feet and backs up to give Scizor and Tyranitar a big enough space to battle in. 

          Mitch, Ella, Scizor, and Tyranitar take their positions on the makeshift battlefield and begin the battle. " Scizor, attack with Metal Claw," Mitch orders as Scizor's right claw becomes coated in silver metal and it rushes toward Tyranitar. " Fight back with Power-Up Punch," Ella shouts as Tyranitar's right fist becomes surrounded by a golden aura and it slams the fist into Scizor's Metal Claw. " Zoooooooooor,' " Taaaaaaaaar," they both scream as their attacks clash. Eventually, the two moves cancel each other out and both Pokémon prepare themselves for another command.  " X-Scissor," Mitch hollers as both of Scizor's claws glow yellowish green while it uses them to form an X shape. " Scizorrrrrrr," it cries as it jumps towards Tyranitar only for Ella to shout a command before the attack can land, " stop that with Screech and then hit it with Dark Pulse!" " Taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar," Tyranitar loudly screams, forcing Scizor to stop its attack to cover its ears while its body briefly flashes white to signify that its Defense has been lowered. " Tyraaaaaaaaaaaaan," it roars as the palms of its hands glow black before it slams them very hard on the ground, sending a large wave made of dark black energy at Scizor.
