Pupitar's Progress

    " Taaaaaaaarr," Pupitar screams as a Primeape Poison Jabs it across the face. Pupitar lands on its back in front of Mitch and quickly jumps back up. " Use Stone Edge," he shouts as Pupitar summons multiple rectangular, grey stones with sharp tips and sends them at Primeape. " Destroy those with Close Combat and then use Rage Fist," the opposing trainer yells as Primeape rapidly and repeatedly punches and kicks the stones until they're all destroyed. " Aaaaaaaape," it growls as its eyes briefly flash bright red and its right fist becomes surrounded in a ghostly aura. " Priiiiiiiiimmme," it screeches as it punches Pupitar between the eyes with its ghostly fist. " Taaaaaarrrrr," it groans in pain as Primeape retreats back to where it was when it started Rage Fist. " Pupitar, I think its time to release Hyper Beam!" " Pppppppuuuuuuupiiiiiiiiitaaaaarrr," it loudly exclaims whilst releasing a beam of bright red energy from its mouth. " Priiiiiiiiimmmme," it screeches in a pained tone as the attack pushes it against a nearby tree. " Aaaapppee," it groans before falling over on its belly with spirals in its eyes. " Great work! You're one step closer to becoming a Tyranitar," Mitch shouts as Pupitar eagerly smirks.

     "Try a Heat Wave," a trainer orders as her Houndoom opens its mouth and releases a gust of fire from it. " Puuuuupp," Pupitar grunts as the fire blows across its body. " Use Snarl," Mitch orders as the fire blows away. " Tttttttaaaarr," it growls whilst letting a sound wave of black energy out of its mouth. " We'll use that attack too," she yells as Houndoom also releases a black energy sound wave from its mouth. The two Snarls collide and end up cancelling each other out, causing Mitch, Pupitar, Houndoom, and the other trainer to all grit their teeth in frustration. " Use Sunny Day," she commands before Houndoom fires a large ball of light out of its mouth and into the sky. After a couple seconds, the light from the sun becomes brighter and the temperature around the area goes up a little. " Trying to increase the power of your Fire-type moves," Mitch asks. " Nope! Just making sure we don't have to charge up for this, use Solar Beam!" " Doooooooooooooommmmm," it howls while firing a large beam of light from its mouth. " Use Dig to get away," Mitch shouts as Pupitar frantically digs a hole in the ground and jumps into it. The Solar Beam harmlessly passes over the hole as Pupitar emerges at Houndoom's right side and slams its entire body into it. " Hoooooooommmmm," it whines as it is sent stumbling several feet to the left. " Use Stone Edge," he hollers as Pupitar summons the sharp tipped stones and fires them at Houndoom. " Dooooooooommm," it cries as the attack explodes on its side. " Doooomm," it whimpers as it falls over on its side and spirals appear in its eyes. " And now you're another step closer," he yells as it nods.

   " Rock Throw," Mitch yells as Pupitar summons multiple rocks and throws them at the Granbull it's fighting.  " Dazzling Gleam," the Granbull's trainer shouts before Granbull fires six beams of pink energy from its right palm. The beams destroy the rocks and two of them even more forward and explode in Pupitar's face. " Taaaaaaarrrrrr," it cries as the explosions almost knock it on its back. " Now use Focus Punch," the other trainer orders whilst Granbull's right fist glows white. " Graaaaaaannnn," it roars as it prepares to punch Pupitar. " Counter with Scary Face," Mitch hollers as Pupitar's eyes glow bright red and it angrily stares at Granbull. " Bulllll," it mumbles as it is forced to halt its attack and its body flashes red to show that its speed was lowered. " Snarl," Mitch yells as Pupitar releases the black sound wave from its mouth. " Ggggggggggraaaaaaann," Granbull cries as the sound wave pushes it backwards. " Grannn," it groans as it falls down to all fours and its body flashes black to show that its Special Attack was brought down. " Use Iron Head," Mitch exclaims as the top of Pupitar's head becomes coated in a silver metal. ' Taaaaaaarrrrrr," it yells as it jumps forward and slams head first into Granbull's head. " Graaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnn," it yells as the force of the impact shakes its whole body. " Graann," it whines as spirals appear in its eyes and it falls over on its left side. " Taaarr," Pupitar grunts in frustration upon seeing that it still hasn't evolved. " It's okay, if we keep this up it will happen eventually," Mitch says whilst patting it on the head.

   " Laxxxxxx," a Snorlax grunts as Pupitar slams into its belly with Iron Head. " Use High Horsepower," the Snorlax's trainer orders as a panting Pupitar lands back on the ground. " Laaaaaaaaaaaaxxxxx," it loudly groans whilst its body becomes outlined in a dark brown aura. Eventually, the aura all travels down to Snorlax's feet and it quickly jumps forward and slams both its feet against Pupitar's body. " Taaaaaaaaaarrrrrr," it screams as the attack knocks it against a nearby rock. " Now use Hydro Pump," the trainer shouts before Snorlax releases a large stream of water from its mouth. " Taaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr," it cries as the water slams it and knocks it back against the rock, the force of the attack causes the rock to crack in several places before it eventually shatters. Pupitar lies motionless in the rubble for several minutes before slowly sitting back up and turning to face Mitch. " Taaarr," it says with a smile before its body starts to glow in a blinding white light. " Told you it would happen," he happily exclaims as the glowing begins to stop. " Tyyyyyyyyyraaaaaaniiiiiitaaaaaarrrrrr," Mitch's Tyranitar roars before smirking at Snorlax. " Use Giga Impact," Mitch hollers before Tyranitar's body becomes surrounded in a translucent white energy. " Taaaaaaarrrrrrr," it roars as it runs forward and slams itself against Snorlax. " Snooooooooorrrr," it screams as the attack flings it off of its feet. It lands in front of its trainer with a loud and powerful crash that almost knocks him off his feet. " Laaxxxx," it whimpers as spirals show up in its eyes. " Awesome job, Tyranitar! Now there is only one more thing for us to do," he says as it turns to him and grins excitedly.

    " Mega Evolve," Mitch loudly exclaims whilst pressing two fingers against his Key Stone Bracelet, causing both it and the Tyranitarite in the necklace that Tyranitar is wearing to glow. " Taaaarrrr," it grunts as a multi-colored, opaque ball surrounds its body. Eventually, the ball disappears and Mega Tyranitar lets out out a loud roar, " Tyyyyyyyraaaaaaaaaaaaa," as Mitch looks on with a grin.
