Full Battle on Route 35 ( Part 2)

                Croconaw's Hydro Pump is too strong for Phanpy to handle, the Super Effective move forces it in uncurl from its Rollout and sends it flying backwards. " Phaaaaaaaaaaan," it cries before it crashes to the ground in front of Mitch with spirals in its eyes. " That's two losers down and 4 more will soon follow. Oh, and don't go bragging about how you still have more Pokémon than me, saying that came back to bite you when you said it in our first full battle," Joe says as Mitch returns Phanpy. " You're the only one that's bragging here. Chikorita, I choose you," Mitch says whilst throwing a Poke Ball into the air. " Rita, Rita, Chikorita," it huffs as it lands in front of Croconaw.  " Seriously, throwing out a Grass-type when you know that my Croconaw can do this: use Ice Fang," Joe commands as Croconaw's teeth become coated in ice and it runs towards Chikorita. 

               " Counterattack with Razor Leaf," Mitch orders as Chikorita summons a bunch of sharp, green leaves and sends them towards Croconaw. " Naaaaaaw," it cries as the leaves slam into it and slice across its body. However, that doesn't stop its attack, it continues to run forward and bites down on Chikorita's leaf with its Ice Fang. " Ritaaaaaaaaaaaa," in cries in a pained tone as Joe yells, " don't let up! Turn your Ice Fang into a Crunch attack!  Croconaw stops its Ice Fang as a black aura surrounds its mouth before it bites back down very hard on Chikorita's leaf. " Chikoooooooo," it cries as it tries in vain to free itself from Croconaw's jaws. " Use Poison Powder," Mitch hollers as a cloud of purple powder is blown out of the buds on Chikorita's neck. " Crocooooo," it cries as it breathes in the powder and its body glows bright purple for a few seconds: Croconaw has been poisoned! Croconaw is forced to let go off Chikorita as more Poison damage surges through its body, giving Mitch the opportunity to give his Pokémon a command. " Use your Magical Leaf," he cries as it summons a bunch of sharp and dark green leaves that it sends at Croconaw. " Crocooooonaaaaaaw," it shouts as the leaves slam into it and sending stumbling backwards. 

          " Come on, Croconaw. Use your Ice Fang," Joe orders as Croconaw tries to use its attack, but is halted by the Poison surging through its body again. " Quick, use Tackle," Mitch shouts as Chikorita runs forward and slams its entire body into Croconaw. " Crocooo....naaaw," it mumbles as it falls to the ground and spirals appear its eyes. " Cheap move going for Poison damage," Joe complains as he returns Croconaw. " Last I checked, Poison damage was a legitimate way to win even in Tournaments and Elite Four battles," Mitch says while shrugging his shoulders, causing Joe to angrily grit his teeth. " Natu, I choose you," Joe angrily hollers while throwing a Quick Ball into the air. " Tu, Tu, Natu, Tu," it yells as it lands in front of Chikorita. " Chikorita, use your Vine Whip," Mitch exclaims as two green vines lash out from tiny holes in Chikorita's neck. " Jump and use Air Slash," Joe commands as Natu jumps high into the air, avoiding the Vine Whip, and uses its wings to send a long and sharp wave of wind towards Chikorita. " Ritaaaaaa," it screams as the attack slams into it and explodes, sending it flying backwards. It lands at Mitch side with spirals in its eyes as Natu lands back on the ground. 

         " Well, well, well, look at that: I just managed to even us up without Natu taking any damage in the process. I'm so ready to crush the 3 loser Pokémon that you have left," Joe egotistically brags as Mitch recalls Chikorita. " You're starting to sound as overconfident as I was in our 1st Full Battle and that didn't end well for me. So, what makes you think it will work for you?" " I know it will work because I'm a billion times stronger than you'll ever be and I'll prove it in this battle. No Victory for you! No Draw! Victory for me! Send out your next weakling so I can destroy it!" " Okay then. Totodile, I choose you," Mitch yells while throwing a Poke Ball into the air. " Dilee," it lazily shouts as it appears in front of Mitch whilst lying on its back. However, it eagerly jumps to its feet and gets into a battle ready stance when it looks up and sees Natu and Joe. " Totodile, use Bite," Mitch yells as Totodile runs towards Natu with its mouth agape. " Use Silver Wind," Joe mumbles as Natu uses its wings to blow a wind surrounded by a silver aura towards Totodile. " Totoooooo," it shouts as the wind slams into it and begins to push it back, but, to the surprise of everyone present, manages to push through it and bite down on Natu's head. " Tuuuuuuuuuuu," it cries as Totodile shakes it around in its mouth. " Now use Water Gun," Mitch hollers as Totodile fires the medium sized stream of water out of its mouth, hitting Natu head on and sending it flying through the air.
