Mitch's Johto Journey

Silver Conference: Round 5

   " Interesting, looks like our next battle of Round 5 will be taking place on this Rock Battlefield and both of our trainers are from Pallet Town! We have Mitch Harper in the Left Corner and Alexandra Gardner in the Right Corner! I wonder if these two have met before," the announcer asks as a battlefield covered in large pointed boulders, with a large open place in the center, rises up out of the stadium ground and Mitch and Alexandra walk up to their sides of it. As the two of them wait to see whose face the jumbo trons will stop on, Alexandra silently shows Mitch a Key Stone Bracelet on her left arm and he nods in understanding: this is going to be another battle that ends with two Mega Evolved Pokémon facing off against each other. " Mitch gets the first move," the announcer hollers after the jumbo trons stop on an image of Mitch's face. 

  " Vileplume, you get the first turn," Mitch shouts whilst throwing a Poké Ball. " Vile, Vile, Plume, Vileplume, Plume," it cries as it lands in the open space on the battlefield and twirls around for several seconds. " Furret, you're up," Alexandra shouts whilst tossing a ball towards one of the larger boulders in the battlefield. " Ret, Fur, Fur, Furret," it squeaks whilst skillfully standing on top of the boulder. " Start with Moonblast," Mitch orders before a small full moon appears directly above Vileplume and a beam of bright pink energy is fired from it.  " Use Agility to avoid it and then attack with Ice Beam," Alexandra yells as Furret moves at a lightning fast speed and dodges the Moonblast, it destroys the rock that Furret was previously sitting on. " Ffffffurr," Furret mumbles as it stops on top of another boulder and fires a medium sized beam of ice from its mouth. " Pluuuuuuuumme," Vileplume cries as the attack hits it in the side and pushes it against one of the rocks. " Try Energy Ball," Mitch exclaims as Vileplume forms a ball of bright green energy between its hands and throws it at Furret. " Destroy it with Iron Tail," Alexandra cries as the end of Furret's tail becomes coated in metal and it slams the tail against the Energy Ball, destroying it. 

  " Now use Cut," Alexandra orders as a sword of white energy appears in Furret's right hand. " Reeeeeeetttt," it cries as it jumps at Vileplume and slices it across the face with its sword. " Pluuuuuuuuuummme," it cries as it falls on its bottom and rubs its face. "Stay strong and use Sludge Bomb," Mitch shouts as Vileplume manages to get to its feet and fire multiple balls of purple slime out of the top of its head. " Fuuuuuuuurrrrrr," Furret screams as the balls hit it on the back and explode. " Iron Tail," Alexandra yells as Furret slams its metal coated tail against Vileplume's head. " Fight back with Energy Ball," Mitch commands as Vileplume quickly shakes off the pain from the Iron Tail. " Villlllllee," it hollers as it forms the ball of green energy between its hands and tosses it at Furret. " Reeeeeeeeeet," it cries after the Energy Ball explodes on its back. " Now use Moonblast," he shouts as the moon reappears above Vileplume and the pink energy is fired from it. " Fuuuuuuuurrrrreeeeettt," it yells in pain as the beam knocks it against one of the boulders, cracking it. " Reetttt," it whimpers with spirals in its eyes. 

  " Ouch! It really looked like Furret was going to come out on top, but Vileplume quickly turned it around," the announcer yells as Alexandra recalls Furret. " Togetic, let's go," she shouts as she throws a Friend Ball. " Tog, Tog, Tic, Togetic," it laughs as it flies over the battlefield. " Sludge Bomb," Mitch yells before Vileplume starts to fire the slime balls at Togetic. " Counter with Fairy Wind," Alexandra hollers before Togetic uses its wings to blow a wind of pink energy at the Sludge Bomb. The wind destroys the Sludge Bomb, but blows out before it hits Vileplume. " Energy Ball," he exclaims as Vileplume throws the green ball of energy at Togetic. " Dodge it and use Metronome," Alexandra shouts as Togetic tries to avoid the attack, but gets clipped on one of its wings by it. " Tiiicc," it grunts before the tip of its right arm glows white and it wags it around for several seconds. " Tttttttttttoooggg," it chatters while releasing a small amount of snow flurries from its mouth. " Viiiiiiiiillllle," it cries as the Icy Wind blows over it. " Do it again," Alexandra hollers as Togetic waves its glowing hand around and fires multiple golden energy coins out of its chest. The Pay Day explodes on Vileplume's head and causes it to fall over on its back. " Pluuume," it whines as spirals appear in its eyes.
