You held the gun in shaky hands, the heavy metal burning cold in your hands as your eyes darted back and forth from Midnight to Miruko, kneeling before you with their eyes closed. Each had a patient smile as they waited for you to pick who would die. 

Raising the gun slowly, tears threatening to fall as you held it to the side of your head. Squeezing your eye shut made them stream down as you pulled the trigger...This was the only way you could see out.

ℂ𝕝𝕚𝕔𝕜 

Click? Slowly opening your eyes you saw them both staring up at you. Midnight shook her head as she stood "I told you she wouldn't pick between us." Miruko stood after her, dusting her knees off "I just wanted to be sure."

"W-What?" You looked at both of, shaking and crying. Completely confused and wreaked. Midnight pulled you to her chest, holding you steady in her arms as you dropped the never loaded gun "We were just testing you, but you proved what we thought would happen."

Miruko began to rub your head "That's ok darling, we can share."
