I sighed as I walked out onto the snow covered field. I looked back to where the wolves were waiting. I knew Jake would keep her safe but would he keep me safe? He hadn't really looked at me since I woke up. It was all about her! Edward looked at me but it was like he wasn't looking at me. Renesmee Held onto his hand but would pull away from me when I tried to hold her hand. I knew we weren't close like a mother and daughter should. It wasn't anything like how my mother and I were when I was her age. And I hate that. I hated that I hated her.
"I hate waiting?" I said to no one really. But I received a few too many scoffs from the other covens and nomads. I knew they didn't like me. I could see it in their eyes, the way they would leave the room when I entered.
"We all hate waiting!" Kate said as she glared at me. I knew she hated me for ruining what Edward and Emma could have had. I knew she hated me for what had happened to Madalynn. Edward had told me that Madalynn and her were good friends. I glared right back at her ready to say something.
"The redcoats are coming!" Garet said, making me turn to the open field. There was more than what Alice had said there would be. I heard Edward gasp and look to Carlisle. Who looked like he was going to be sick.
"This isn't just about Renesmee!" He whispered. I wasn't sure if it was towards me or to himself. I whipped my head over to Carlisle and glared at him.
"Emmett! Rosalie!" Renesmee screamed and waved at them. But all they did was glare at her. I noticed her smile drop and a pout set on her face. They all stopped walking when Jake and the pack came walking out.
"Where is she?" Edward said as he was looking for someone. I know who he was looking for so I hissed at him. We had to stand and watch as Aro, Marcus and Caius removed their hoods. But a few left theirs up. I hissed again when they moved forward and removed their hoods. It was Emma, the newborn and another woman. Carlisle hissed but many gasped. I wonder who this unknown woman was. How did she play a part in this? They soon moved to the side and allowed someone through. It was Madalynn and a young boy. I was shocked as I could see her enlarged belly.
"That's impossible.!" I said as there was no way she could be pregnant. I was the one that was special. Me not her. She smirked at me as Demetri came and wrapped her in his arms. Emmett moved to pick up the boy and this set off a tantrum from Renesmee. Screaming and pulling on Jake and Edward. Demanding they come over to her.
"Enough, Resenmee!" I hissed at her as she wasn't making a good impression on the Volturi. And we needed that right now. She glared at me before going back to yelling about the little boy stealing her place in Rosalie and Emmett's life. We all heard the scoff.
"Little brat thinks she is more important than my nephew." I heard Emmett said and I was shocked he was Madalynns. Rosalie smiled at the young boy and kissed his head, before taking him into her arms.
"Little brat thinks she is more important than everyone here!" Madalynn said as she sneered at all of us. This stopped Renesmee from her tantrum. But it also made Jake growl and Edward to hiss. Even if he didn't love me any more he loved our daughter.
"Emma... Love please!" Edward said as he held his hand out to her. I watched as Emma looked at him disgusted before moving over to Felix. Who wrapped his arms around her and kissed her lips. "Emma?" Edward said with confusion. But Aro was the one to step forward.
"Aro... Please listen, what you have been told is wrong. The child is no danger to our kind or the human world." Carlisle said and this made Aro laugh.

I shook my head as I listened to Carlisle speak. Did he really think we were only here for the child? I could care less about her. "If that was the only reason we were here!" Aro said as he held out his hand to me. I took it and smiled. "My dear ones. You have all been shown or witnessed first hand the lengths Carlisle will go to keep himself safe. The lengths he has gone to gain power." He said and I knew I needed to hold my head high. I looked at Demetri and he nodded his head at me.
"Aro... That is not what I have done. I only wish to live in peace as I see fit." Carlisle said and I scoffed at him.
"Is that why you kept me prisoner?" I asked and he seemed to recoil from my words. "Made me hide and used me for my gifts?" I asked as many of Rita's coven stepped forward ready to say their peace on the matter. But Rita held up her hand.
"We have many witnesses to the lengths you have gone to get to where you are today." Rita said and this seemed to shut Carlisle up. I hissed when Edward stepped forward.
"Madalynn... Please." He said and I smirked at him.
"Edward! How are you and the little misses?" I said and he frowned at me. "I am sorry we should have invited you to Emma and Felix's Wedding! It was a lovely event!" I said and Edward's face dropped. "Them being true mates and all!" I said just digging it in a little more. I heard Demetri chuckle behind me. Edward head snapped to Emma and Felix as she showed off her wedding ring as they kissed.
"No they aren't! She is my mate!' He growled at me and I just smiled at him.
"Come now Edward! Don't be stupid... Again." I said as he glared at me. "You and I both know that Emma was never yours to begin with!" I said as he went to lunge at me but was stopped by the mut. I heard a far amount of hissed behind me. Alec stepped next to me.
"Just say the word!" Alec said and I shook my head at him.
"Not yet!" I said and this seemed to scare all the witnesses on their side.
