The echo of her scream rivalled the sounds of a thousand building collapsing at once. As Lennox dropped to her knees, Evelyn swiftly removed the blade from his chest, letting Jay fall to the ground as Lennox clutched at her heart. Her vocal chords became paralysed with pain that radiated out from her own chest across her entire body, and Ekaterina turned to face her as the blood from Jay's wound began to seep out from underneath him. "This is what comes with limitless power Lennox. Loss, pain. Grief that engulfs you to the point of insanity. Now, perhaps, you may begin to understand what drove me to such extremes when I found out that my love had too passed away." Ekaterina's voice drained away into the background as Lennox's mind started to fracture. Each piece replayed a memory of Jay, and with each memory replayed, her mind was set ablaze by a wildfire within her soul that was too much to contain. With what felt like her final breath, Lennox released a shrill that consumed not only her, but every inch of land as far as the eye could see. The burst of pure light that Lennox exuded encased the manor in flames that incinerated the very foundations of the building, and as the light began to fade, the storm clouds brought by Ekaterina rolled away to unveil vibrant orange skies tinted by the sunset, and the melancholic grey tones of the forest were replaced by the brightest shades of brown, red, oranges and yellows that signaled the brilliance of autumn. Ekaterina, temporarily blinded, attempted to fight back, but found herself staring into the air in awe of Lennox, who was returning to solid ground. Her eyes were bright, and warm with umber tones, and the black veins that once scarred her face had run the colour of champagne, comparable to the legends of Egyptian Gods whose blood ran rivers of pure gold.

"Impossible," The high priestess whispered, her voice trembling with fear as Lennox faced her.

Evelyn could now see her daughter also - in Lennox's grief, she had released an energy so strong that she had forced her way out of her own subconscious, replicating herself in true form so as to leave Ekaterina in an empty shell of a vessel, with no soul to keep her alive. The priestess began to falter, collapsing from her own weakness.

"No, I beg of you, no!"

"Tu es dimisit a confines humani et spiritus mundi. Et iterum non ent oneratus in maledictione tua potestate ut exuoletur a te, et non superesse in spiritu regni non ent usque ad te perire."

Translation of Latin:

"You are released from the confines of the human and spirit world. You shall never again be burdened with the curse of your power as it is stripped from you, and you are to survive without it in the spirit realm until you shall perish."
